Villa vacation rentals in Cha-Am Beach

We enjoyed our holiday at Chanjit house! Although the house is a little far from the urban environment, it did not prevent you from enjoying your vacation to the fullest. We both walked to the city and the sea (it took 40 minutes) and used taxis (on average we spent 70-80 baht and 10 minutes of time). There is almost no one around the house, only occasionally locals and a flock of dogs drove by, which did not pose a threat, but barked in the evenings. Cleaning and pool cleaning took place on a schedule, at a convenient time for everyone, so we hardly crossed paths and did not interfere with the process. Everything was clean and wonderful. Thanks to the grill, we cooked seafood on our own, for which we thank you very much. Special thanks to Chanjit for providing the service in the form of a transfer. It helped us to get to Phaya Nakhon Cave park and to Suvarnabhumi airport.

Didn't expect it because it was a last-minute trip. The price wasn't too high for 6 people. When we arrived, the place was more beautiful than I thought. The hot water was nice and hot. The room was clean. The air conditioning was cool. The kitchen was fully equipped. I'll definitely come back.

We fit 8 adults and a toddler very comfortably in the house. The house was fun and unique! The hosts were very helpful and accommodating as well! We were able to eat the the cafe right beside the house and they also delivered. This made breakfast and lunch very easy! I highly recommend staying at this property!

This was our first trip to Thailand and Dirk's place did not disappoint. The photos did not do this property any justice. It is far more exceptional than pictures or words can explain. I would like to send the biggest THANKS to Suzie and Lily. They were exceptional hosts. The dining was better than any 5 star establishment. We ate the best and varied Thai food. We are currently making arrangements to return. The experience was like taking a piece of paradise out of a book, but being a part of the story. Once again my family and I Thank you for allowing us to enjoy such pleasure.

Sivana Hideaway Pool Villa was a magnificent stay. The home is lovely, just as pictured, spacious and the pool was amazing! The location is private but you can still order on Grab and Bolt. The customer service was great! The seclusion, home and pool were a perfect getaway!

It’s a lovely home, very comfortable and a lot of space for big family! The host was responsive when I have questions about WiFi and google map. The house is close to the beach, only 20 meters. The beach is quite clean and quiet in the morning. My family and I love our morning walk on the beach. There is a full bucket of charcoal grill. The more the seaside pavilion zone by the sea, so it is lit. You can do the activity comfortably. Try to stay. Recommended.

Lovely house on the beautiful beach & great location. We were 10 staying in for a week. We love the hospitality of the owner & the helpful, polite & very kind cleaning lady who assisted for whatever we need such as ordering delicious foods from the restaurants in the neighborhood, finding the transports etc. This place really makes us feel like home.

This villa in Hua Hin is a great place for lovely lazy day by the pool or for a swim in the ocean. We were 2 families with a total of 9 people and the space and the staff was great. We had great breakfast served by the staff every morning. We also had them making dinner and lunches 2-3 times, which also was perfect. The Boat House area has a great gym and 10 min walk to a small food store. 20 min by taxi/car to Hua Hin downtown. We had a great time and would recommend it or return again.

He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a perfect stay. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and had everything I could possibly need. Philippe's attention to detail was remarkable. What truly made the experience special was Philippe's exceptional hospitality. He was always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and even helped me with renting Motorbike. While the location is a bit outside of Hua Hin, I found it easy to get around with a scooter. The peaceful surroundings were a welcome escape from the city's hustle and bustle. We had a great stay at Villa Margot. It’s the perfect spot for a family getaway from Bangkok. We came with friends and our kids, and the house had everything we needed—plenty of space, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely garden for the kids to play in. The beach and restaurants are within walking distance, which made things easy. The layout of the house gave everyone enough privacy, and the kids could nap undisturbed while the rest of us enjoyed the day. Peaceful, comfortable, and exactly what we needed to unwind.

Usually reviews are given to emphasize the negative things. Well, that's where the problem lies. We, my wife and I have been thinking for 2 days what is negative about the house, the helpfulness and service by the landlords Oy and Ted. But no matter what we try, there is really nothing negative to think of. Nothing, absolutely nothing. Oy and Ted are every tenant's dream. The house: On arrival a full fruit bowl An abundance of all kinds of supplies, water, coffee, tea, cooking herbs etc. tissues (really everywhere), kitchen roll, even the detergent and laundry detergent was replenished, barbecue charcoal. We can't think of anything that hasn't been replenished. Everything is included. Top swimming pool. Oy comes to clean 1 x a week. Oy and Ted also know many nice places to eat, and get food. We were taken by them to a local market to eat . All in all, we can, and want to give Oy and Ted a huge compliment and a big hug for their top care. Thank you so much from us Femmie & John

A wonderful and Thai authentic Villa. Right next to the 8th hole, looking over the lake.. Beautiful pool and a very nice outdoor space. 3 Very nice bedrooms. Perfect communication with the owner will recommend her to everybody.
