A most enjoyable stay in a lovely condo. It is very tastefully decorated and has all the electric equipment I could have needed The bed is most comfy and the linen and pillows are really good quality And Dr Supot the host is a great, proactive and most responsive host who 100% understands what service is. I am looking forward to my next stay next month

Great Location: next to the beach, 5min walk to market village which has a nice foodcourt. All night markets are very easy to reach within short time. Appartement is as shown in the pictures. Would come again :)

Richard’s unit was ideal for our two-week stay in Hua Hin. Comfortable furnishings, good shower with hot water. The unit is well-located in the La Habana complex, on the 7th floor with an inside view of the pool. The entire complex was very clean, extensive pool, good fitness room. The location was perfect for us, 5-minute walk to the beach, Cicada and Tamarindo markets. Richard was very quick to reply when we had questions. We will definitely want to stay there when we return to Hua Hin.

Very quiet condo building, unit was clean and comfortable, air conditioning was excellent, along with the fan that was provided. In order to cut back on air conditioner expenses, it may be appropriate to install a screen door on the balcony sliding door so it isn't necessary to use the air conditioner as much, and would save the host some expenses. Planning on returning in 2026, so I hope you will considering renting to me again thank you so much

What a lovely place, great apartment with good ac and shower. Great pools and very close to the beach, also very quiet village with great restaurants and only 15 mins from the centre of Hua Hin. Would definitely recommend!! 😊😊😊

Absolutely loved my stay! Wifi is insane, the place was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything, beach and two malls, yet peaceful at night. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hua Hin!!

amazing resort facilities, very top notch. the condo is a bit dated, but the price reflects that and you have access to amazing resort facilities. staff are all top notch. this is a chance to have your own roomy condo at one of the best resorts in hua hin.

The apartment is really very nicely located. Everything you see in the photos is also like that. The staff are exceptionally nice. Please always remember to give a tip, everyone is worth it. Hua Hin itself, however, is now only for people who are looking for a quiet relaxing vacation, like me😀. Partygoers should stick to other areas

Excellent location between two shopping malls and food markets. Close to the beach. Excellent pool. Small but well organized unit. Responsive host. Suitable for couples.

Very beautiful apartment, very well equipped with everything you need including a beautiful view of the see. The area is very remote and 35 minutes away from Hua Hin, you will need a scooter or car to move around because GRAB is not available here. The host is very helpful and the communication is super easy with her. Thank you for letting us stay here :)

Loved this apartment on the 7th floor of the Marvest building. This is the quieter part of the building with views of the mountains and lovely sunset views. The bed was comfy, the kitchen and bathroom were squeaky clean, and there’s even a distant sea view from the second bedroom. Anything we asked for, Annie was willing to accommodate (another bedside lamp, a bigger drying rack, and a new kettle). She was so friendly and helpful, as were all the staff and security guards. The building is in a great location, a 2-min walk from 7-11 for water supplies and a few minutes from Villa Market, a nice grocery store. Also only 10 mins walk from the old town, one of the night markets, and good restaurants. Everything else is a quick Grab ride away. We’ll definitely return.

We had the most wonderful stay at Lars' place. Lots of space inside the house, very clean, AC and fans everywhere, two outdoor areas to hang out and have meals, and an amazingly well equipped kitchen. The condo itself was great, very well maintained with flowers everywhere, our kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the quiet and nice vibe. Walking distance to the beach and a grocery store, about 15 minute walk to a big supermarket,and a bunch of restaurants around. Lars was extremely reactive and helpful, he was kind enough to be flexible with check in and check out times, and shared some nice recommendations for restaurants. All in all a great stay, many thanks!

Great place to stay! We were absolutely delighted! Traveled with a child, so the separate private area of the apartment was just excellent, private access to the beach, lots of swimming pools and all clean. Sunbeds next to the pools and next to the beach. Very few people and it turned out to be a great vacation for the whole family. The apartment is just amazing! Sea view! The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything for life! Absolutely everything! Very large beds, clean bathtub and toilet. Two bathrooms, one for each room, is very convenient. All in all, it's a great place to stay in Hua Hin. Much better than staying close to the public city beach. The beach next to the apartment was large, clean, very pleasant to walk at low tide! And it's convenient to swim! The beach is very clean! There are several very good cafes nearby along the coastline! There is also a children's playground on the property. The host kindly provided an extra bed for the baby. In general, it's an IDEAL PLACE for a family vacation!

Super amazing view, and spacious rooms. Check in and check out was easy. Coming to hua hin is best to drive up here. As it is very convenient with a car!

If I could give Emmy’s place 1000 stars, I would. I initially booked one week… and stayed 23 nights. That alone should tell you how special this space is. The unit is full of natural light, thoughtfully laid out, and just the right size for anyone traveling solo or looking to ground themselves. The views (beach, water, and even a glimpse of the mountains) are stunning. The building is part of a peaceful, beautifully maintained property with multiple condos and a beach club hotel just a 5-minute walk away. I loved the quiet, relaxed energy during the week, with easy access to food, Grab rides, and the convenience store nearby. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the people. The staff were kind, observant, and incredibly helpful. And Emmy… so thoughtful and responsive throughout. I only left because I had a pre-planned trip to Vietnam. If I’m ever back in this part of Thailand, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommend for a beautiful, quiet reset.

WOW! This place is perfect. It’s a ground floor condo right in front of the pool that overlooks the ocean. The grounds are immaculate and condo is superbly well maintained. The beach is spotless - no garbage at all, soft sand and very clean water. There is no rip tide or undertow and, as such, is perfect for kids wanting to crash about the waves. At night, it is absolutely silent except for the crashing of the waves. While there are a few local restaurants, I’d recommend having a car to get into town as there is no public transport (at least none that I was aware of). Overall a beautiful stay.

We booked this apartment for a month but we liked it so much that we cancelled our next hotel and booked this two weeks more. We can only recommend it to the future clients! The apartment itself is spacious and homely, where it was easy to stay with children. We loved the pool and that the area was peaceful. The staff took care of everything. The Sheraton hotel and its services were easily accessible. Only minus I can think is that there was mosquitos 🦟 so pretty much everything was just perfect for us to have a nice time with family. Host, Nok, is the most kindly and always willing to help if needed. Her sister Bee is took good care of us and the house. They fixed any issues with the speed and they even did our dishes while the dishwasher was being fixed. Thank you so much ❤️ We definitely will be back and take some friends with us!

We loved our stay at Sona's apartment and really didn't want to leave. The apartment itself is spacious, well appointed, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The resort's pool is incredible, with beautiful and well maintained gardens and grounds. There are lots of great restaurants nearby and Hua Hin town is a short "Bolt" ride away. Sona was a fantastic host - very friendly and super responsive to any questions we had. Sona's helper, Nu, is such a lovely and friendly person and helped make our stay fantastic. Thank you Sona! We hope to come back soon!

Everything was as expected. The building is a little older, but the pool is very nice and the apartment too. From there it is not far to various restaurants, 711, Cicada Nightmarket and the various beaches in Hua Hin.
