The apartment is on the 6th floor (with a lift) and very close to the beach. It has stunning sea views facing west allowing you to enjoy spectacular sunsets. Lots of intra muros charm

25m2 flat on ground floor in a XVIIth century building, next to Chateaubriand birthplace house. The separate kitchen and the bathroom have been entirely renovated. The flat overlooks a private courtyard. N.B. The arrival is between 3 pm and 6 pm.
