My mother, a dog and I welcome you between 12 noon and 2pm in 5th floor with elevator, (SINGLE room) LOCATED WHERE PARQUE DE NIÑOS. Close to pharmacies and public transport, a few minutes from the Port, about 10 minutes from downtown, where there are shops and cafes and the Shopping Center and Carrefour. The location is right where a children's park and not next to the vet. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO BRING VISITORS OR COMPANIONS.

A very quiet and cozy place. Whether booked by one person (minimum two nights) or by several people from the same family/friends, the accommodation is not shared with other guests. The room has seven beds, two of them double, a private bathroom, two large work tables, a library, two spaces with sofas, a dining table and an exercise area. It also has a refrigerator/freezer and a microwave. Service: washer and dryer.
