Nice and cosy place. Felt very clean as well. The kitchen was well stocked and the welcome gifts were nice. If driving from Geneva/Nyon, there is some very windy roads to get here. The chalet was close to the french border so we went over for groceries - was like a 5min drive to Carrerour and Intermarche. Great to see something different!

Nice little house with a beautiful view of the lake. The place is quiet and relaxing. The decor is minimalist, a little cold. The whole place is clean, you just have to sweep the dust off the ground floor a little when you settle in. My husband, 22-year-old son and I had a lovely 4-day relaxing stay. The owners are lovely, available and passionate about their region – they took the time to welcome us and share tips for discovering the surroundings. The accommodation is in a great location, close to the tourist sites of the Jura, while offering a real disconnection: no neighbors, absolute quiet, it feels like home. Exactly as described, a beautiful private place to relax. As others have mentioned, it's a bit annoying that there is no shower, only a bathtub. We would love to come again!

The owner was really kind, and the house was really comfortable and nice like my own home. The interior was cute and the amenities were well-equipped, so it was convenient to live in and the location was very good.

The perfect place to stay in Annecy. Smack dab in the middle of the old town and 10 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is beautiful and very quiet. This one is worth a trip just to stay here.

Catherine’s hospitality and level of care in organising the apartment was second to none and truly one of my favourite stays in Annecy, this being the third time I have stayed. Easily accessible and close to all amenities and the lake, its truly one of my favourite places. Catherine as always is communicative and helpful. Excellent stay at Fabien's, very responsive and attentive host. His apartment is in a good location, very well-equipped, cozy and impeccable. Don't hesitate if you want to visit this beautiful area, the accommodation is great for spending a few days in Thonon and its surroundings.

We spent 4 beautiful nights in Guillaume's place. Impeccable hospitality, Guillaume is extremely kind and considerate!! Visit the whole apartment and explanations. Regarding the accommodation, it's really great! Warm, tastefully furnished. We didn't want for anything, absolutely nothing! It was a real pleasure to stay at Guillaume's, it is certain that if we ever return to Sallanches we will return to Guillaume's ☺️

We had a pleasant stay at Patricia and Frédéric's house. Patricia and Frédéric are responsive and available. The accommodation is very clean. The living room is very bright and sunny as well as the large west facing terrace are a real plus; just like the open view. The two bedrooms in a row on the garden level, accessible from the garden, did not bother us as it is a sleeping area. The swing was much appreciated by our daughter. Plus, the house is well located. A stone's throw from the waterfall of the hedgehogs and the Pic de l 'Aigle. We would recommend this listing.

We were 4 adults. Our host welcomed us with all his kindness and everything was planned, even coffee and shower soap. Beautiful garden to the south. Good bedding (3x double bed) and beds made on arrival. The only downside: the partitions between rooms are quite thin and you can hear the neighbors snoring. William is a host to recommend and we'll be back.

We spent 9 relaxing and interesting days in Daniel's beautiful house. The house was very clean, the amenities as described. After many hikes and excursions in the beautiful area, we sometimes spent time in "our" garden with a pastis from Daniel's house bar, where jasmine and lavender were blooming. Daniel welcomed us warmly and provided us with good tips. Daniel was a perfect host and always available and approachable. We highly recommend it. We'll be happy to come back.

This was a PERFECT location of our large group! Gorgeous and very well taken care of. It was so beautiful that we decided to just hang around the house on some days :) Vincent and I communicated before and during our stay as he wanted to make sure that all was going well. He was always receptive and available when we had questions. You can't go wrong with this lovely home. I will definitely come back if it is still available!!!

This is a real dream place. The house has absolutely everything to spend an amazing break by the lake. Nicolas is an incredible host and was very attentive to any minor detail that we needed. We left today and we are already looking forward to coming back. Thanks for everything.

We loved staying in this French villa! My kids (3, 5 and 7) spent hours in the backyard while we hung out on the terrace and stared at the view! The house is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed - we felt right at home. It’s an easy drive to Annecy and surrounding area - we also did a day trip to Chamonix. The bakery down the hill also has amazing chocolate croissants. Thanks for a great stay!

The stay at Karine's house in Challex went very well. His house is spacious, functional and equipped with everything you need. Superb views of the Alps including from the pool. Karine is an easily reachable person and she was able to be understanding during a small material damage (handle of the damaged fridge) that we offered to reimburse. So I would recommend this house!

We could not have wished for a better stay! Great for 8 adults and 2 babies. Everything was there as described and very clean. What a beautiful view too! Very clear and fast communication. They will definitely see us here again!
