Great place for a weekend away with my daughter. It’s about a 5 min walk to the lake where you can catch a boat to the other cities. We walked to the main part of town, which was about a 15-20 min walk and took a tuk-tuk on the way back, which we preferred. The place was clean and cozy and perfect for two. The host was very responsive when I had questions and let us leave luggage behind the LOCKED gate so we could go around town after check out without lugging it with us. I would stay here again. I felt immediately at home in Tzanabaj! Nico and Venus are great hosts and I loved my studio! right by the lake, peaceful, while also close to the city center (10 min tuk tuk), where the restaurants and supermarkets can be found. There is also a beautiful community living in the other houses, so you can have your privacy and socialise with other like-minded people if you want. Totally recommend!

I still can't believe how wonderful this place was. If you're looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful setting, this is it. Heavenly. Fast Internet, great host, convenient, clean. Everything about it was perfect.

The Love Nest is nestled in a corner oasis amidst several homes in a lush tropical garden. Be sure to enter in Chali Street as the other corner street entrance is compromised with major construction to improve drainage. You are close to a La Torre Suoermarket and can get anything you need for food or sundries. The small two story house comfortably accommodates two persons and is well appointed with everything one could need if you want to cook for yourself. It has a wonderful fireplace which can come in handy during the cool rainy season. It has a wonderful alpine cottage feel. The stairs are steep and designed for one-two / left-right ascent so be sure to look and step carefully and you will be fine. Our hosts and their staff were super attentive and respond quickly. Great location close to the lake and many local amenities. In Panajachel you re always just a $3 Tuk Tuk ride away from everything. Be ready to relax and enjoy this wonderful slow and beautiful place/pace.

We really liked this place, and at the same time it's cheap. You can get to tourist places from there. In addition, we recommend the Tour we did with Juan to the San Pedro volcano 100%!!!

Where can I start! I’ve have travel to over 18 countries and let me just say this has to be one of the best properties I ever stayed in. The staff is really friendly attentive! Since the moment I arrived at the lake I was very impressed but once I got to the airbnb I was left speechless. Once I arrived Miguel was outside waiting for me to take my bags. He gave me all the information I needed the house and the pueblito including a tuk tuk driver which was amazing and every time I wrote him he would pick us up in no time. Now, the house… where can I begin ? This property is definitely one of my favorite ones I stayed in. The house looks super modern yet it goes with the vibe of the lake. All the windows that it has made it even more magical. Seeing the volcanoe from my bed at night and morning is something I will never forget. The sound of the nature in the morning was one of my favorite parts. Overall I highly recommend this property to anyone interested is totally worth it.

Looked either freshly remodeled or built. A lot of space. The living room is what I loved the most. It’s exactly how I would want my home. Huge Tv and couch to chill and watch a movie. You could throw a party in the bathroom. I was by myself but if you come as a small family there’s plenty of space to have your own peaceful corner. Would without a doubt rebook.

Amazingly peaceful cottage on the edge of Santa Cruz. The view of the lake and volcanos will from the deck each morning will forever be solidified in my memory. The home is simple, clean, and charming. I hope to return someday.

Accommodation in a very quiet area, safe neighborhood, with garage, 15 minutes from everything downtown Xela. Cecilia is very friendly at all times. Recommended.

A fantastic place to stay in Xela, a fully equipped apartment, nice and spacious and in a secure private courtyard. The owners are very kind and helpful and the place has a great vibe. The wifi is very strong and reliable and perfect for working online. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything is clean, the house is very nice and the service is excellent. We only had a water leak in the kitchen but nothing that affected the stay. Apart from that, everything was totally fine.

Alejandro's place was great! We loved the 360 view and the outdoor shower. It was great seeing the sunrise from the balcony every morning! Host is very responsive and helpful as well. Something to note - the neighborhood has a lot of roosters crowing all night, and because the metal roof is not completely closed, it might be hard for some people to get a good night's sleep. By no means is this the place's fault though, but just to be aware if you're a light sleeper! Everything else was awesome, very clean and good amenities! Drinking water in the kitchen, warm showers, good working faucet, a desk to work at, a bench on the balcony! Power outlets were also abundant and there's a good working ceiling fan:) Thanks, Alejandro!

Beautiful place to stay !

The apartment is beautiful and very clean, the view is incredible, a whole landscape! We will definitely stay here again when we return. Cariva is a super host, very friendly and communicative. All the facilities are excellent and all the staff are very friendly. A really nice experience. Thank you Cariva for sharing your apartment with us. 10/10 🙂 highly recommended.

Beautiful place, just like the pictures. It's rainy at this time, but you can do many things as a family. My children loved the playground, pool and jacuzzi
