You will love my place because of the wonderful view over the bay of Valparaiso and the entire coastline of the region.The loft is part of an old house of Cerro Alegre,completely renovated and the location is perfect,close to places of interest, such as art and culture, incredible views, family activities and restaurants and food. Ideal for walking around the hill. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers and business travelers. It is a very intimate place,special for lovers.

We are located in the heart of Barrio Puerto, historic center and the oldest neighborhood of Valparaiso, inhabited since colonial times. Enjoy a central location, just a few meters from the Elevator Cordillera. Muelle Prat, Calle serrano, Plaza Sotomayor, Cerro Concepción, Cerro Alegre, Mirador 21 de mayo. They are all places you can reach on foot. The connectivity is second to none! You will be able to move by trolleybus, metro train or microbus to anywhere in the city.

We receive you in a cozy duplex in the Vistalegre building. I ask you to take care of it as if it were your home. You can walk to restaurants in Cerro Alegre, Cerro Concepcion and downtown. Nearby you find: Paseo Yugoslavo, Paseo Gervasoni and Paseo Atkinson; El Peral, Reina Victoria and Concepcion elevators. Although the elevator is working well, you have to climb stairs. Ask about paid parking and for early check in and late check out.
