Christophe was an extremely pleasant host and very proactive in all his responses. He far exceeded the needs of a host and was always nice to deal with. He gave us ideas on the local area and help around the proerty. We would thoroughly recommend this gite as a place to stay for a relaxing break.

Very pleasant stay in a spacious, bright and comfortable house. Everything is there, equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor games, Spa … outdoor tables… the best! No neighbors! No road nearby! The quiet of the countryside, with St Florent 5 minutes away. Thank you for your commitment to satisfying your guests.

An extremely pleasant extended weekend in a place full of charm. Julie is cheerful, attentive and considerate. I've rarely seen such a hearty breakfast in other cottages. Likewise, we also tested the proposed meal: excellent value for money. Finally, the jacuzzi session in the troglodyte cellar ended up charming us. I highly recommend this listing.

A beautiful spotlessly clean and organised gite with amazing panoramic views fron the terrace. a beautiful open living room, stylish and distinctive bedrooms all surrounded by gorgeous vineyards.

Impressively clean home. Quiet environment and supermarket 5 minutes walk. Accommodation particularly suitable for young children.

We had a lovely stay, the place is beautiful and peaceful for a weekend close to nature! Justine and Davide were flexible, and communication was simple, effective and very pleasant.

Very beautiful house. Very nice! There is a lot in the kitchen and Melanie is right next door if needed! Melanie has prepared a book with all the activities / info to have that is very well done! A country home! The garden is perfectly enclosed, it was perfect with our dogs!

Anne & Ray worked tirelessly to make our stay enjoyable and perfect for what we needed. We had our toddler (who took a shine particularly to Anne-thanks for letting Pip feed the chickens Anne!) and they were kind enough to provide a paddling pool, high hair, cot, etc but also perfect recommendations for things to do that not only worked for our littlun but also for our sensibilities. It’s a tough gig hosting 3 gites with 3 different family’s needs but Anne & Ray did it with aplomb (I should say, you feel very much like you are in your own secluded gite although I believe they can be combined for bigger parties if required) the pool is idyllic and the facilities are many for all ages, shapes and sizes. Perfect family getaway, thanks guys!x

First of all, the estate is surrounded by nature, near Saumur. Many visits within a limited perimeter. For children, the pool is very nice for a return visit. The apartment suited us perfectly for the 3 of us.

We loved our time at Orchard cottage. Emma and Tim went above and beyond to welcome us, offer tips on good locations amd even offered to run us up to a local wine tasting. We were able to enjoy some "down time" relaxing in the beautiful garden, using the pool and reading in the hammock. And we also visited 4 local chateaux. We particularly enjoyed our day in Saumur. I highly recommend this venue for a fabulous experience of rural countryside and visits to some of the beautiful chateaux that the Loire region has to offer.

What to say... a very good welcome from our host, the house is spacious, the bedding perfect, everything we needed for our comfort (appliances, TV, wifi...) Very clean house, a beautiful plot in a very quiet space... And of course 20 minutes from Puy du Fou which makes it a perfect place. Thank you again.

A stopover allowed us to discover the accommodation offered by Vincent for 1 night. Independent check-in with all the necessary information, responsive host. Spacious, pleasant and very well-equipped accommodation... A great discovery that could bring us back to the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the farmhouse, at La Blatiere. If you want to be off the beaten track in a very pretty and relaxing location, this is ideal, whilst there are also plenty of places to visit within an hour or so. The pool was also a big plus, which we used every day. The roads are very quiet with no traffic. We visited local places and also had chilled days 'on site' so the pool, the bikes to borrow and the games room were fun additions to have. The accommodation was very comfortable and well equipped. a little gem that seduced us all, young and old in a quiet little village. What to visit nearby, enough to rest in this quiet place to have fun thanks to the pool and also thanks to the nearby outings, enough to eat and drink thanks to the different restaurants in the area (for adorable prices), enough to marvel at the shooting stars at night... in short, a refreshing vacation thanks to great people, good advice and concerned about our well-being thank you again and we hope to see you soon

We had a pleasant weekend at Christina & Freddy's cottage! The communication was easy, and the welcome was very warm. We were lucky to have great weather that allowed us to enjoy the terrace (the major asset of the accommodation, in the middle of greenery🌿). The cottage is well located, close to many places to visit and activities. Note: we thought we were arriving in a "quiet and isolated" place, it is located on the edge of a fairly busy road. This did not stop us from having a great time, and we will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises! Calypso & Baptiste

Everything was absolutely perfect, the accommodation very clean, small touches - homemade jams, candy for the children - the bed and bath linens were nice and in good condition, the kitchen well-equipped. The welcome was warm and Emeline was very available and found us all the information we could need for our visits to the area. Everything you could wish for to have a good vacation, and even beyond our expectations!

Very welcoming, quiet and clean accommodation, small less for the smell of humidity. Very well located accommodation for a weekend at Puy du Fou, a little extra for breakfast:)
