Our stay was a dream. Everything about it was incredible. We loved everything about the Horseshoe and we used so many of the recommendations given for restaurants and daily activities in Mérida….they were spot on. Check-in and out was smooth and easy. Communication was great. They went above and beyond. We didn’t want to leave! It really is the dreamiest place.

A super nice accommodation, the place is spotless and very cozy, it has everything you need to have a comfortable and quiet stay. Very close to downtown and Paseo Montejo, the area is also super quiet! Renee was very attentive and kind, she gave us good directions and recommendations to have a pleasant stay! We would definitely come back.

It was a short but very pleasant stay. The area is super quiet, there is some traffic flow during the day, but it is still a safe place. The location is ideal if you want to be close to the center but without the hustle and bustle of the city. We love the pool, ideal for the climate of Mérida. Everything is as shown in the pictures and maybe better! We definitely recommend it. I would come back without thinking.

Trevor’s place was great! The house looked just like the pictures—clean and comfortable. The pool was a bit smaller than expected, but still nice to have and perfect for cooling off. Having a Six and an Oxxo just around the corner within walking distance was a big plus. Overall, it was a nice stay, and we’d definitely book with them again when we visit Mérida.

My wife and I visited Merida for our 25th wedding anniversary. Our stay at Casa Ziggy was way better than our expectations! What a beautiful home with many lovely pieces of art and decorated to perfection. The small pool was larger than expected and the surrounding garden was breathtaking. The kitchen and bathrooms were so nice, modern and clean The Burrio Santiago was the perfect neighborhood for us. Walkable to many cafes and other sites. We hope to be back soon!
