stay generally great! the apartment smells new, everything was clean and well-maintained. very good location - a few minutes walk to the center of historico and other places worth visiting. contact with the owner great, very quick response to any message and Manue very nice :) the sauna is an amazing fairy and works great. I sincerely recommend!

Fantastic stay. Apartment is exactly as described and in the photos. Great location. Clean. Well equipped and magnificent views. Host was very responsive and was really easy to check in and out. Clear instructions. Well worth a stay and would return.

Our family is staying in this location via ViviHomes for a second year in a raw - it’s a fantastic place, perfectly located and having all the necessary infrastructure to enjoy a family vacation. Hope to get back next year again ))

The apartment was fabulous and extremely well appointed. It was in a really lovely quiet part of Torremolinos (Los Alamos) with great restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. The apartment complex is really luxurious and very secure. Also ViVi Homes, the managing agents were brilliant and incredibly responsive during our stay. We would zero hesitation in booking this apartment again.

We had a great stay in this house, it us very comfortable, well equipped and the views are great, in addition to the large pool there is a lovely heated indoors pool. You can get easily to Malaga in a Uber. The communication with the VIVI Homes team was very easy and instructions were clear. Thanks for the great service.

Enjoyed a great time in Benalmadena. The area is very nice, everything is quickly and easily accessible.

Great apartment in a great location. I've stayed in Mijas airbnb's a few times and this is up there with the best. Everything was great and like the pictures. The Host was very responsive to questions and Alex's explanation when checking in was first class. If available in future I would book again. 🙂

Lovely stay, very clean, modern and spacious, very comfortable beds. Quality thick towels too. Butterfly world, and Stupa Buddhism temple at the top of the street and Benalmadena Pueblo (old town) is beautiful and in walking distance (past butterfly world and football pitches) 2 Lovely pools. Aldi is at back of apartments. There are buses at top of street. Mijas Pueblo is easy to get to and beautiful, lots to see and do in area.

A great stay with he family at Tina’s beautiful apartment. The pool and gym were a great option as well as easy access to the beach and the flexibility to access other resorts along the coast line using the local train. This our third visit to the area which provides lots of to do, we will definitely return to this lovely apartment again.

Everything was perfect! The place was very clean and well maintained. Great value for money. The view was amazing and the area was super calm , perfect for relaxing. Super clean overall. I highly recommend it

It was really awesome, the place is fantastic with the View from the Pool, inside the House was everything clean and prepared, the Kommunikation with Nikki was very friendly and kind always, she gave us very good Tips for Restaurants and Cafes too. We were very pleasured.

The villa was exactly what we needed for a family of 2 adults, 3 children and grandparents. Thanks Nena for your support in making our vacation most memorable.

Everything was excellent. Second time in this house and again we really enjoyed everything. The weather was not too hot, so my friends and I had a great time playing golf ( two golf courses within walking distance) and padel ( cool club des Raquetas 10 minutes walk with numerous tennis and padel courts). After sports it was great to refresh in the clean pool. And thanks for the bottle of champagne on check-in as a gift! Will definitely be back again.

What a fantastic place to stay for a recharge and rest. Whoever was building this traditional Andalusian villa was a master builder and knew exactly what he was doing. Cool and generously spacious on the inside with a lavish green garden all around. The pool has sun on it all day long while the greenery offers absolute privacy. The shaded patio has a cooling light breeze going constantly through it. Perfect. The street in front of the house has ample parking spaces that are absolutely safe. The quietness all throughout the day. All you can hear are birds chirping. The villa was clean and well maintained. The water in the pool is clean and the pool is cleaned weekly. The location is great too. 10 minutes to Marbella centre by car, 40 minutes to Malaga, 15 minutes to the white hill town of Mijas, 80 minutes to Nerja, 60 minutes to the beautiful Ronda. With the beaches, you are literally spoiled for choice. I will recommend Karin’s villa to anybody.

Listing as described, very nice, clean, well-equipped, nicely decorated where you can feel good! The 3 terraces are very nice. The complex is clean and well maintained and there were not too many people in April. Welcoming and very responsive host. In short, everything comes together for a great vacation. Recommended +++

We had a lovely stay at the Villa and a fantastic holiday. The Villa is nice and spacious and comfortably accommodated two families of four. A nice location with great views over the sea and walking distance down to the beach (more often than not a short taxi ride back due to the steep hilly location). All in all we were very happy with the Villa and location, and plan to return again some time in the future

Amazing stay in beautiful apartment and picturesque surroundings. The apartment had everything we needed and was exactly as described and photographed. Agustín is a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at the villa. The pool is amazing and definitely the stand out feature, plus there are so many seating areas perfect for different times of the day. Lots of shelter too from the sun which was good for us with 2 young children. The facilities are great, we have a baby and there was a cot, high chair, baby bath and foam floor mat. There were toys for our 4 year old, games and books (she didn’t mind them being in German as she can’t read!) and lots of equipment in storage. Yes it is steep to get to but as long as you’re prepared for it you can make it work, a car is essential. We had a slight lack of communication prior to the visit to direct emails which did worry me however upon meeting Holger he explained that he was away at the time. The sweeping also took a lot of effort as we had high winds that week but Holger was understanding of this. Maybe could have done without doing that though. The rules are mostly common sense. Would definitely recommend a stay here!
