In the kitchen there will be food to provide for your own breakfast for the first morning. Location The villa is just a few steps from the characteristic square, the Vrijthof, with the two churches Saint Servatius and St. John, the theater and the museum at the Vrijthof and the many terraces. In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. At the bottom of this oasis of peace, on a cozy little square, lies our house. The rural district of St. Pieter is perfect for a hike or bike ride in the greenery. Within a 10-minute walk, you will reach the historic city center. In the neighborhood it buzzes with restaurants and eateries. Also you will find a neighborhood center with a supermarket etc.

A sunny and cozy apartment with many special details. The location is favorable: in 10 minutes you are in the picturesque city center, in 5 minutes in the beautiful nature around the Pietersberg. The apartment is very private with your own bathroom and a little balcony. Toilet is private but on the landing.. The sofabed is 1.35 x2.00. In the large bed in the quiet back room you will have a great night's sleep. The ideal place to be completely away for a few days, to enjoy or to work.

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 5 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.30 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €2,15 each a night.

In the Jekerkwartier, close to the Center, in one of the oldest parts of the city where the river "Jeker" runs under the state, is our, very quietly located, house. A narrow staircase leads to the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor you will find the second bedroom with twin beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.

I had a lovely stay at Yvonne’s place! The apartment was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed. The location was also great — close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Yvonne was such a kind and welcoming host, always helpful and easy to communicate with. It really felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful upstairs apartment in a quiet neighborhood of a village. You can be in Maastricht in fifteen minutes. Excellent bathroom and a lovely bed. The bedroom has excellent air conditioning and a nice Velux window. There is also a spacious living room with a kitchen. For my vacation plans I did not need the kitchen but it was at least very neat and sparkling clean. Nico and Mai are nothing but excellent hosts with their kindness and helpfulness.

Illuminated foliage creates a serene outdoor atmosphere at night. A vibrant red plant stands prominently alongside lush greenery, while soft lighting highlights the natural beauty. A wooden table and chair are positioned nearby, inviting relaxation in this tranquil space.

I was very happy with the place, I would recommend it if you want to have a place a bit further away from the city center, but still very reachable by train, bus, or bicycle. Alp was very nice and very helpful!

The stay was absolutely amazing, we couldn't think of any areas for improvement. It was nice that the sofa bed was already made. Everything was clean and very nicely decorated! An absolute 10/10

A small but nice cottage in a lovely quiet place in nature on the canal where you can also swim. There is a nice seat on the water where you can sit in the sun in the morning. We were allowed to borrow the bikes and were the center of Maastricht in 12 minutes, ideal! Thank you Aad and Patrice for the nice contact and the nice time!
