This is a fantastic place. Saskia and Maarten are very nice. They sent us very clear instructions and recommandations. They also responded quickly to our questions. Everything in the airbnb is thought for you to enjoy and make your life easy. They are very helpful. They also provided an extension for us to plug our electric car. The place is very well located, close to Wellington and the Sandbanks. It is beautiful, next to the lake with a great view. They have lots of space and provide paddle boards, kayaks and canoes with direct access to the lake. It is comfortable and clean. Thank you!

The friendly staff at this apartment were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room is very clean and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious pizza and chicken wings at Sutha’s Pizza beside the apartment. Sutha and the staff who run this beautiful place really made our stay amazing. They make sure we had incredible time and we are planning to visit and rebook again in a couple of months.

Absolutely nothing but good things to say about this listing. The area is convenient to everything, it’s so unique and eclectic and perfect for a getaway. 100% will stay again.

We had a great time staying in Kevin’s home. He is extremely kind and helpful! We felt right at home and very comfortable. We caught a couple of fish right off his dock! Beautiful home and really beautiful scenery. We will definitely come back!!

Great location for visiting the hospital. The unit was exactly as advertised and offered a relaxing and quiet locations to wind down. The unit was fully stocked and allowed us to prepare quick meals for the most flexibility during our stay. Fantastic, comfortable beds !! Andjela is very commnicative and excellent respose times with any questions or clarifications we needed. We really felt like our satisfaction was a priority and were never left waiting for anything. Kings Cottage was the PERFECT place for our family! Riley & Brian’s description was spot on! The location couldn’t have been better, less than five minute walk away from the Sunday Farmers Market, a playground for kids, and downtown Picton. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

It seems too good to be true, right? The price was amazing and the house blew me away even more. Definitely was a treat staying here , this is a MUST if you’re staying in Kingston. Absolutely beautiful home and every room gives you a different sense of tranquility. Private, and peaceful. I got this Airbnb for a weekend that was meant to explore Kingston, this place was so nice, I felt guilty about leaving the home to go out and explore😂 will 100% be coming back here.

Our family of 8 enjoyed a peaceful weekend here. The house was spacious and accommodated all of us easily. We loved the beautiful views of Lake Ontario and sitting on the deck while enjoying our morning coffee. The house is quite a ways off the beaten track, but it was so peaceful and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We loved our stay at Doulas’ house!

Spacious unit with a great view of the water! Located so close to Haliburton and Minden. Located off the main highway so you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The condo has everything we needed to enjoy our stay and more. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean. Our host contacted us prior to check to provide check-in instructions - which was greatly appreciated. Parking spot is located very close to the unit. We would stay here again!
