Can’t beat the Greenbelt location. Quick walk or hike to Barton Springs, and across the street from Tacodeli and a small market. 10-15 min drive to everything!

Felipe was a great host! The house was exactly how the description listed it, and he made the arrival and departure instructions very clear. It was close enough to make short drives to places, and I was able to go on some walks while I was there. I would definitely stay again!

It was a great stay, at a good price for what was happening that week in Austin. I was able to arrive safely daily with the Austin Scooters that are easily available everywhere downtown. I felt like I had my own little private transfer waiting for me outside. It had enough blankets. I feel it's good for two people. I was able to do my laundry. The ac/heater made some noise but luckily I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me. I was hardly there, only to sleep so it worked for me. It had a great little backyard patio that I didn't even get to use, but maybe someone else can take advantage of.

We had 6 girls stay here for a girls trip and it was amazing! Clean space, nice beds- it was perfect for what we needed. Angel was responsive and detailed, overall a great host!

Perfect location! Jesse’s place offered a nice neighborhood feel while being close to downtown and the airport. We weren’t in the house too much over the course of the long weekend but it was the perfect place to relax at night. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our whole group commented that we’d stay there again next time we were in Austin!

We literally rebooked our trip to get to stay here again! The house is way bigger than we need, but we love it! Seems just like home, and we got to bring our puppies😀 Page is wonderful to us! If going to see Aggies… this is the place to stay!

This was a special trip for us and the house was more than what I expected, my family loved the house and surroundings. Misty was very accommodating and that’s a big plus. I highly recommend Misty’s place.

The space was wonderful! It’s in a nice and quiet community, very close to everything we wanted to check out in Austin. We had a slight issue with some bed sheets when we arrived but our host was quick to respond and help us out. It was very cozy and comfortable there. We would definitely stay again!

Karina’s place was the perfect place for us! We loved the natural light, the work stations, the games/game room and a lovely kitchen for having our family over for dinner. Highly recommend. Even a refrigerator that streamed our music! Most of all, Karina was really gracious to give us a late checkout on Easter Sunday. You’ll love staying here when in Austin!! We did!

We had a great time at "All Decked Out!" The house is clean and the neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, seeing the Marina, and watching others playing Pickleball. It was beautiful to sit on the deck to watch the sunrise. Kandice is a wonderful host. She had a personal note waiting for me with water upon arrival. She is very responsive and accommodating. This was a great spot for a quick getaway to spend quality time with others.

Huge Airbnb for one person but I chose this accommodation based on location (close to a friend). Very comfortable, clean, well equipped and quiet. Easy to get Ubers (not many places to go are walkable). Archer helped with the odd query and also checked in on me during my way to ensure I was doing okay. Easy to manoeuvre heating/cooling, loads of space even if all rooms are being used. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place - especially if you value peace and quiet. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful townhouse on Horseshoe Bay! The place was spotless, organized, decorated beautifully, and was in a great location on Lake LBJ. We spent most of our days hanging out on the deck with family and friends, going out on the boat, swimming, and just relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, scenic, and comfortable getaway! Would definitely come back!

House was clean and tidy. It’s very conveniently located a couple blocks from Main and close to so much! The neighborhood was quiet. We weren’t at the house much of the time but found everything we needed when we were!

We stayed here to be close to the Medical Center for appointments, and it was absolutely perfect. The home is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need. It’s also in a peaceful, friendly, and safe neighborhood that made it easy to relax and sleep well. Great location—close to everything but still quiet. Great stay in San Antonio! I stayed for 20 days. The house was clean, spacious, and in a great location—just a short 10 min walk to the Pearl District. We especially appreciated the two-car garage and the fun game machine that kept the kids entertained. During our stay, we had a minor water leak, but Enzo responded immediately and had it fixed right away, which we really appreciated. They were also flexible and allowed us to extend our stay by a day. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Spent a fantastic week here. The place is immaculate with outstanding furnishings and decorative touches. We had several local friends stop by and everyone asked for the listing so that they could recommend it in the future. Excellent location just outside the downtown with fantastic restaurants and other amenities within walking distance. Communication was clear and timely. Would not think of staying anywhere else in the Austin area for future trips.

Everything on this trip was great!

Location is the best feature of the place, close to everything UT Austin has to offer. Although it’s in the middle of a busy thoroughfare, the building structure provides a quiet retreat. The intricacies of a well kept accommodation similar to a cozy , homy, clean getaway are some of the features that were compromised. For the price, I was surprised it’s not a Marriott like experience … Safety concern: watch out for the fallen big tree hanging on street cables /sidewalk
