Sara's property on the Llano is great. We celebrated a family weekend here - from the house to river, it had everything needed to have a really great time. This property is conveniently located between Llano and Castell if anything is needed.

We traveled from FL to visit dear friends & after looking diligently for months finally found what we thought would be a perfect fit for 2 moms & 8 kids. What we discovered was even more than we could have asked for…it was obvious the house was at one time someone’s cherished home where lots of memories were made. Not only was it charming and extremely comfortable, there was plenty of room inside and out for everyone to spread out to play board games, cook together, laugh, rest, and just be. The house stayed very cold even on high 90* days, the kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances and extras, the extremely comfortable beds and blackout curtains worked so well we all slept through several storms. And the creek! The first day all the kids played for hours, but after the rain it rose quite high so we enjoyed it from a distance. The teen boys though fished from sunup to sundown every chance they got! Memories were made here that will last a lifetime.

We had a wonderful Father’s Day weekend getaway! The renovation of this 1960s building was impressive—modern, stylish, and comfortable. The apartment was exactly as pictured; clean, well-maintained, and perfectly sized for two people. It was well-stocked with all the essentials we needed, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the host was very informative and responsive. We especially enjoyed relaxing with the guest Roku after our outings. Jet skiing at Canyon Lake (about 30 minutes away) was a highlight, and we also spent an evening out in New Braunfels. Great location for a mix of relaxation and adventure. We’d definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

We have not always had the best luck with air bnb’s but this place is awesome! The location is absolutely beautiful and the home is clean and very comfortable. The only complaint is with the wasp (which is understandable with the and dog hair from the last guest was all over the couch but we covered them with sheets and it was fine. Other than that the house was very clean and we loved staying in it and making great memories. The hose was amazing and very responsive, thank you!

We loved the area, close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The house was amazing plenty of room, not cluttered with furniture, but you did have everything you needed! It was super peaceful and relaxing.

We had a wonderful time at Mikes place in Driftwood. Peaceful snd private, but close to local restaurants and shopping. My kiddos loved the pool. We will definitely stay again!

Our stay at this incredible lake house in Canyon Lake was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the panoramic views of the water, the peaceful surroundings, and the thoughtfully designed home. The house itself is beautifully maintained, with a perfect mix of modern comfort and rustic charm. Spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy common areas made it easy for our whole group to relax and enjoy our time together. The large deck overlooking the lake quickly became our favorite spot — ideal for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, and sunset dinners. One of the standout features was private lake access. We loved being able to swim, kayak, and paddleboard right from the backyard. Evenings were spent in the hot tub under the stars — truly unforgettable. The location is perfect: secluded enough to feel like a true escape, yet close enough to town for groceries.

We had such a wonderful stay! The host made us feel incredibly comfortable and was very responsive throughout our time there. They went above and beyond by accommodating us with tables and chairs, which made it easy to host a small family gathering. We had no issues at all getting in and out of the property — everything was smooth and simple. On top of that, the place was beautiful, and the views were absolutely stunning. We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to book again for future stays!

My friends and I LOVE this place! It is so cute, inside and out and right off the lake which was beautiful! It made our stay in New Braunfels 10x better! We all gravitated towards the deck area, it was so peaceful in the evenings! Randy was awesome, he made sure we had all the information we needed and always responded quickly if we had any questions! We wish we could have stayed longer! 12 out of 10!

Juliana’s place was great and very comfortable. It was a little further out than what we were hoping for, but that was probably on me. It’s remote and we had a wedding about 30 minutes away. Other than that, everything was perfect!

We came to Bandera for the bike rally and had a fantastic time. Our host was very accommodating as we needed to arrive a day early due to forecasted bad weather. The house was occupied the night before. Lindsay was able to get the house for us early as requested! Plenty of things to do and food to eat within walking distance and only 2 miles from the park that held the rally! I would recommend this property to anyone in the future. Also the locals are very friendly! The next door Nieghbor even offered to let us hang out under his canopy on main street to watch the bikes go by! Really cool place and friendly atmosphere!!

This property is so beautiful. We were looking for a place to getaway from the city and Isabels place was perfect. So much love has been poured into this property. Our son ( 2 ) loved the playground and digging in the dirt at the creek, but most of all he loved the dog. I enjoyed quiet cups of coffee in the morning and chaos of my little one all day. Plenty of toys inside and entertainment for us outside. It was the perfect Fathers Day weekend..my heart is so full.. thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us.

The Lazy River cabin was a perfect little getaway for my daughter and I. Pros: It was spotless, comfortable, quiet, peaceful, kayaking was fun, fire pit was great, everything was exactly as described. The location was perfect- secluded, but still very close to Waco and all it has to offer. Cons: No smart TV and the dish didn’t work, the ladder to get upstairs would be difficult for older people and impossible for someone with physical limitations.

Stone Cottage was such a peaceful retreat for us to recharge for a few days. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck and floating in the pool surrounded by nature and tons of birds. Birders- bring your binoculars! We had some gorgeous sunsets too. We didn't bring our paddle boards but it's a good spot for all levels to paddle (or kayak) just plan to bring everything down to the dock for the day so you only have to make the hike back up to the house one time- it's steep and rocky but doable. Your reward is cooling off in the pool at the end of the day.

My daughter and I stayed for a few nights and had a great time. It's very peaceful but close enough to New Braunfels and Gruene for when you wanna get rowdy. We enjoyed our stay, very cozy and clean. Hosts were very quick and responsive with great recommendations. If you want BBQ definitely go to Black's and if you want true German food go to Alpine Haus, for breakfast there's a taco truck that it ahhhh-mazing called Taco 3 Hermanos off FM 306. Needless to say, we never used the kitchen but it was well equipped and clean.

Staying at Angeltom was a pleasure. The location was peaceful and private with lots of activities to do. It is exactly as pictured. We stayed for a week with our grandkids ranging from ages 6 to 17 years. All of them enjoyed different activities so this place is perfect for all ages. This is our second time to stay and it's perfect for a family reunion or getaway. The host was always available to answer questions. I highly recommend.

The house was peaceful and had a lot to offer. We loved hot tub and above ground pool . The fenced in yard with two peach trees and patio were just lovely. We had a well stocked kitchen, bedrooms as well as the rest of the house which made us feel right at home. Lake Buchanan is pretty much a field of stickers due to drought so plan on Inks Lake for your water activities. If you’re looking for a getaway, this is a sweet house. Especially for dog lovers.

It’s hard to put into words how magical this property is! We had so much fun exploring the property and discovering the caves and the water hole/spring. It honestly felt like a fairytale! We enjoyed a peaceful canoe at sunset as well. The cabin is pristine, super comfortable accommodations, everything you need for a perfectly relaxing getaway. Will definitely be back!

Our stay at this little cabin in College Station was wonderful. It was my New Student Conference, and getting to settle down for each busy day here was such a relief. Hosts were also great! Very responsive, always getting back to me in a few minutes and super kind!

This is the cutest, rustic cabin! Nestled in natural greenery, comfortable decor, and a relaxing River… my adult daughter and I floated, relaxed, and enjoyed our mini-holiday SO much! We ate at Myron’s, shopped, and enjoyed NB’s farmer’s market. My little pugs ran around and napped til their hearts were content. Five Stars! Thank you for having us, Amy!

this was the most well supplied bnb ive ever stayed at! the host was perfectly accommodating, swift with her replies, and listed exactly what you got on the listing which is such a rare occasion these days! i will absolutely be looking forward to seeing if this is available in the future!

This will be our second summer at the Casita and it definitely won’t be our last. It has everything you could possibly imagine and even things you probably didn’t think of. It truly is a little slice of heaven. I loved the abundance of wildlife that greets you in the morning while you’re having coffee, and the convenience of the gorgeous river access minutes away. The kitchen is so well stocked that making a fantastic dinner was like being in my kitchen at home. Tom is such a wonderful host, very communicative and detail oriented that the check in and check out process is a breeze. We truly have come to love this Casita!! I hope you’ll enjoy this place as much as we have and it becomes a part of your annual summer vacation like it has ours.

Excellent hosts. This was a perfect setup for our family. Ashley and Jeff were very responsive. Lots of outdoor games and activities.
