The cottage was built in the 1950's but has been updated over the years, she has many of story to tell and we want you to add yours to it. The cottaage has 3 bedrooms, lounge, and open plan dining and kitchen which open out to a massive deck, ready for entertaining. Sit back and watch the sunset and the stars come out.

Beach front renovated 4 bedroom shearer’s quarters .Amazing sea and sunrise views with huge wrap around decks providing plenty of outside living space, serenity and sun. Inside on the colder days you can watch the waves next to a roaring wood fire. Well appointed including dishwasher, coffee machine and a full working kitchen . Two queen bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and the fourth bedroom has three single beds. A short walk to the beach.

The house was amazing. We travelled with two families and there was so much space. The outdoors is gorgeous and exciting for children. We hope to come back in summertime to enjoy the pool. Thank you.

Fantastic spacious, clean and extremely comfortable cottage in an idyllic tranquil setting. My dog and I had a wonderful stay with plenty of room for him to run around the large property or chill out on the verandah and watch the farm animals next door. Very relaxing great rural environment with perfect setting and a wonderful host.

one of my all time favourite holiday stays in the north island, loved sharing it with friends this time. Simple in the best possible old school kiwi bach sense, but with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Wonderfully remote to get away from it all, beautiful scenery and fantastic outdoor space to relax in any weather.

Outdoor lounge chairs are arranged by a tranquil pool, with expansive views of rolling hills and lush greenery in the background. The patio area is framed by tall trees and decorative plants, providing a serene atmosphere for relaxation.

This is truly luxury accomodation of a very high standard, in a stunning location. Dinah and Stew were friendly, generous and helpful and went above and beyond in accomodating our requests. We had a magical few days of swimming in the lovely warm pool, admiring the views and using the well stocked kitchen. Many thanks for an amazing stay!

There aren’t words to describe this jaw-dropping property. May be my all-time favorite AirBnb experience! It’s breathtaking in its privacy, scenery and layout and has all the amenities one would need to feel right at home! It accommodated our 8-person property easily. We will absolutely come back for another stay!
