Our architecturally designed house is located in a prime site, with uninterrupted views of Te Mata Peak and the Tuki Tuki river. We are 10 minutes from Havelock North, Black Barn Vineyard, beaches, boutique shopping and wineries. Our closest coffee shop is 3 minutes away!!! The house has been designed to have incredible indoor-outdoor flow with views from most areas. It is peaceful, but also an entertainers delight. It is suitable for families (1 or 2) or a couple or for groups of friends.

This is a typical 60s NZ home for those wanting to enjoy life's more simple pleasures. A few modernisations but mostly just the things you need. The 1.5 bathrooms is full bathroom then a shower in the laundry. There is a fire for the winter time. Fluffy sheets and hot water bottles, along with retro wool blankets.
