Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Das Ferienhäuschen hat 50qm Wohnfläche und 1000 qm Garten. Es liegt an der Lagune des Hainer Sees 20km südl. von Leipzig und hebt sich durch den älteren Hüttencharme von den restlichen neuen "Ferienwürfeln" ab. Statt üblichen Furniermöbeln von der Stange gibt es eine individuelle Einrichtung, schönen Blick auf den Bootssteg, Kaminofen, viele Sachen für Kinder und Obstgewächse zum Ernten. Es gibt alles, was man als kleine Familie für ein paar entspannte Tage abseits der Alltagshektik so braucht.

Hier könnt ihr in unserem herrlichen Bauwagen "Helgard" entspannen. Absolut niemand kann euch hier sehen, kein Grundstück oder Feldweg hat Einsicht auf diesen Ort. Ihr seid ganz für euch. Das einfache Leben wartet, ein Ort zum ausspannen. Dunkelheit und Sterne sehen, Feuer machen, nackt unterm Apfelbaum duschen (Campingdusche liegt bereit) oder den ganzen Tag herrlich vertrödeln, unsere frischen Eier und selbstgemachten Brötchen essen. Ich bau hier alles selber aus...also alles mit Liebe gemacht...aber ab und zu etwas krumm :) Ich wohne normalerweise selber im Tinyhouse, sind Gäste da, bin ich im Zirkuswagen im Garten oder unterwegs... Der Ort ist perfekt für Hundebesitzer, See und Wald sind vor der Tür...bei Stadtausflügen kann ich professionelle Hundebetreuung anbieten...(hatte vorher eine Hundepension).
