It's hard to describe in a few words - it's a really cozy house for your stay. The house has EVERYTHING! 100% everything. We love to cook soups, that's why we bought a ladle. But in general, the house has everything for a comfortable life. David is a very nice and helpful host of the house. He immediately helped us with parking (you only have paid options near the house) and told us about all the local rules, which was very helpful. Super good internet and a great work area for those who still have to work on vacation or on a trip. The house has no dishwasher, but there is a washing machine with a dryer, which helps a lot when you are with a child. The location itself is amazing. The most important thing about this house is its owner. We had a difficult flight, but David met us, even when it was beyond the check-in time. Thank you so much and 100% great accommodation.

Excellent place to stay! It has everything that you may need, impecable and beautiful 😻. Location is perfect, supermarket and parking garage right next to it. 2 minutes walk to the beach. I will come back if I have the chance.

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with small children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park about 7 minutes (walking distance). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

Very nice stay in Ribadessella. The accommodation is very well located, the view is remarkable. The city is very nice and well served by the road network, allowing you to visit the surroundings between the seaside and the mountains, the region is very beautiful. We loved this stay.

Itziar was super friendly and always helpful. She was accessible at all times and always strived for a quick solution. It was quite cold on our arrival (in April). At our request, she immediately turned on the heater and also provided an electric radiator if that was not enough. The Airbnb also has a lot of sports equipment for free use: in addition to foosball, table tennis and bicycles, there were also surfboards, a canoe, and a sup available. Next to our small terrace, which is unfortunately quite close to the street, there is a large, very nice garden that can be used at any time. We were also offered a dry garage parking space. Overall it was a very nice stay – we would go back anytime!

Marcos is a very good host. We arrived late at the accommodation but he waited for us until we arrived and explained everything kindly and even helped us find some dinner. The house is as it comes in the photos. It is a place outside of Gijón but very quiet and intimate. The house was clean, the bed comfortable, all the necessary utensils and more in the kitchen. It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and 10 minutes away you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a little far away, but by car you can get there easily, and you can also visit the villages a little, with great restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an amazing area to be at night with plenty of room. It really is an amazing house, we had a great time. Thank you Noelia for such a good experience. The house is beautiful, comfortable and in a great location. We loved that it combined the tranquility of the village with the proximity to emblematic sites, excursions and walking spots. It is close to both the mountain and the sea, and a few meters away a restaurant that ate fable. We will definitely be back.

A fantastic stay. We were a family group and had a great time. It had everything you need and the house was renovated and great. Everything was very clean and tidy. He also left us a welcome gift. I would stay here again without hesitation.

A lovely place. The house, distributed on three levels, is great for a long stay. In the lower area, there is a garage, a fully-equipped social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen with everything you need (even fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one single double) and a full bathroom. Everything was clean and organized and with pleasant decor. The icing on the cake is a charming porch with a barbecue and lawn... On the upper floor, a double bedroom and an attic with two twin beds. The icing on the cake is a heated salt pool that provides a lot of fun You add to a host who goes out of his way to make things easier for you... and you have a dream place where a 4-day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for a longer time...

We had an excellent 3 night stay in Pilars beautiful apartment right in the centre of town. Pilar gave us several restaurant recommendations, one being La Sifoneria (20 metres away), it was so good we eat there every night! We cannot recommend Pilars apartment highly enough.

Had a great time. Jamie's place was perfect for our needs. Only a short walk into Potes, was actually closer than we thought. All in all would highly recommend.

The apartment was in an ideal location to visit Santillana del Mar, very comfortable and quiet. And safe parking was provided.

Excellent apartment. Very conveniently located, close to the center. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. There is a walking trail 5 minutes away. The apartment has everything you need for living. Excellent underground parking. The owner and hostess were very nice, friendly. We will come back again.

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!
