This space is quiet, comfortable and safe with lovely views. The afternoons are cool and quiet. The patio is perfect for sitting back and unwinding to the songs of birds.. maybe while sipping a glass of wine? It's a comfortable and quiet home where you can relax while not being too far from it all. It has a spacious backyard with a garden and fruit trees where you are free to pick the fruits in season. In a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from Gulf City San Fernando and 20 minutes from La Brea.
