John was very responsive from pre-booking until we arrived at the place. He gave recommendations as to where we can buy some groceries, transportation and what places to visit in the area. The house was clean. There are cooking utensils, condiments, water heater and the bed was so comfortable. Definitely, the place is perfect for a quick timeout from city life. It is a bit far and requires a lot of transfers (if you prefer to save) yet it is worth it. Time in the island is so slow and you can visit a lot of places, take time swimming, snorkeling and visit the Punta Buluarte lighthouse. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We loved staying at Don’s place! It’s was big and nice with great AC in the bedrooms! We used the snorkeling gear provided, paid a little extra to rent the car, and got massages in the house by someone Don set us up with! Great week staying here, close to great beaches. Don always responded super quick and was so helpful! We loved our stay Don, thanks!

A Perfect Stay in Mandaue! I had an incredible stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Taking out the trash was easy and nearby. And security was friendly and very helpful. The condo’s location is unbeatable—close to the malls and restaurants. The balcony, seaside view, pool, gym, and secure parking made the stay even more enjoyable. Mary was a great host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mandaue or Cebu City. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

A great place to stay as your temporary home in Tagbilaran City. Feels like home with beauiful veranda and view of the sea. What we also love is we’re able to cook especially Bohol have fresh seafood!! Great value for money. Just make sure to book your transportation in advance..

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Die Lage direkt am Meer, die offene Küche, die Zimmer und der Pool haben uns total geflashed. In der Umgebung gibt es ein paar süße Restaurants und wenig andere Touristen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der ein tolles Strandhaus mit viel Ruhe möchte.

My family and I had the most incredible and wonderful stay with Peter and Rowena! Their house, garden, and location and most importantly their wonderful hospitality and friendship made us have the most amazing time ever! The house and garden and location is magic, right next to the most amazing snorkeling with a reef right in front of their house. The house is so beautiful with all the rooms and facilities you need and the garden and pool is incredible with views over the ocean and jungle that is a dream come true. Peter and Rowena are the most amazing hosts you can imagine. We had such an incredible time with them. We had so many wonderful conversations about life, received incredible advice and ideas about all the incredible things you can see and visit in Panglao. Of all the units we've stayed in at Mactan Newtown this is the best that we are satisfied and no complain at all. This will be the place we will be staying for our next visit in Cebu! I highly recommend this place.

Roland war sehr zuvorkommend. Schon vor unserer Ankunft hat er uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben um den Verkehr von Cebu zu umgehen. Dazu hat er uns auch noch vor der regulären Check-In Zeit in die Wohnung gelassen. Als wir dann da waren hat er uns mit allen Informationen versorgt, sodass wir uns direkt gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Der Blick aus dem Master-Schlafzimmer war übrigens Arie Kirsche auf der Sahnhaube 🤗 Vielen Dank dafür!
