Vacation rentals with a patio in Cebu

I would like to thank you john for accepting my booking /staying. And to the caretaker si ate very responsive whenever i need help or questions she was able to response my call or text right away. And the place is very relaxing! Love the seaview.

Good location.There are not only restaurants and facilities for resorts, but also shops where locals gather.There is a bus center, and it is convenient for getting to the main island of Cebu.The room is clean and the pool is comfortable.It's nice that you can use the private beach, even if you have to pay.There were no towels when we entered the room, and the safety box did not work, but when we contacted them, they responded immediately.

My family and I loved the place — simple yet classy (at least for us 😉). All the appliances were working well, except for the digital door lock when entering the room. However, it worked fine from the inside, and a key was provided just in case, so it wasn’t a problem. If I may suggest, perhaps consider a slightly later checkout time — 10 AM feels a bit early. Extending it to at least 12 noon would be more convenient for guests. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the place!

The host was good. The place was clean and nice. Internet was fast! Good restaurants and Convenience Stores surrounding the place. However, there were few instructions/rules by the establishment that we had to comply (swimming pool pass and ids for check-in even for my child) and we were not told by the host. Maybe these were new rules. But it wasn't a hassle, we just did what we ask for then everything went smoothly.

Five stars! The place was better than expected. Absolutely gorgeous views and wonderful setting. The host, Roland was exceptional from beginning to end. Really really great, and cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Everybody should visit this one!

This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited and the surrounding area was amazing. Everything was at our fingertips and there were many places to visit and destinations to explore. The area was so peaceful and the people were so friendly. Maria and Chris were delightful to visit with and more than accommodating. I highly recommend visiting them at their establishment and doing yourself that privilege. Thank you 🙏 so much for the excellent food and hospitality!

This is an accommodation that all the families who traveled together were satisfied. There was nothing lacking for multiple people to stay and the pool and view were really nice. The location is a little far from downtown Alona Beach, but they helped us right away with car layout if needed. I stayed for 3 nights, but I didn't clean it separately. (I think they only do it if requested) The towels were replenished upon request. It is expensive but the quick response from the house and the housekeeper seems to be worth it. We were able to have a great vacation. Especially, we were able to see the sunset every day and it's really beautiful.

I was with 3 seniors during our stay and they really liked the place. It was senior-friendly and senior-approved! They are impressed with the house and how clean it is. Rob and Angeli are also very responsive to us, and their place really felt like home. Everyone in our group felt comfortable, the house is very cozy but also very functional for group travellers like us! Their instructions are also very clear and they really thought about their guest, we can see it in their design. The welcome snacks and card is also very thoughtful!

Incredible property that didn't disappoint. Spacious with an unmatched view, very responsive and friendly hosts. Not much for restaurants around so you will have to travel if wanting to eat out but it's located near the middle of the island so great access to the mountains and experiences. lots of fisherman right on front of the house so you can go down and try some sea urchin! You will probably want to rent motorbikes as van rentals are pricey in that area and not sure how readily available Grab is. Can also your tricycles from Pangloa if you are a family.

My family enjoyed during their overnight stay.The place was neat and nice and matches the description. My family will probably come back again.Highly recommended.

It was not too much of a walk to use the convenience facilities near Alona. Above all, it was a neatly managed private villa, so I was able to stay quietly and comfortably, and both the host and the staff responded kindly and quickly handled my requests. The width and depth of the pool were also satisfactory, so it was the best accommodation for families who enjoy swimming, and they always took care of the pool and garden in the early morning. I felt the host's meticulous attention to detail for travelers in the clean kitchen and everywhere.(Hangers or drying racks, bottled water, clean towels, amenities, etc.)

Had a great stay-Mary Grace is a fantastic hostess-very responsive and helpful. The place is a real vibe-exposed brick, great layout and nice furnishings make it very homey. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, making check-in and communication super smooth. We really enjoyed staying at Miriam & Malane’s place. Upon arriving at the place we saw a speaker with mic attached to it and started singing karaoke while relaxing a bit. The balcony view was breathtaking!! The place is accessible to nearby places to go, but we got lost the first day going to Ayala Malls (which is a funny experience for us) hahahaha the second day we opted to ask the lobby man for easiest route going to IT park, turns out there is another entrance/exit at the pool side. All in all the place and people were very accommodating. And we’d really love to come back. Thank you very much!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful place. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Lovely place, thanks once again

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.

Great place it’s a little bit tucked away in an alley but was private and peaceful while still nearby to a lot of walkable places to eat and shop. Would stay again.
