Vacation rentals with beach access in Ceará-Mirim

The stay was very good, it is super close to the Ponta Negra waterfront. There is a pharmacy, market, bar and laundry nearby. Super functional and clean apartment! We recommend it with our eyes closed and we will definitely be back.

The apartment is very spacious, organized, well-equipped and is a short walk away from the beach. During my stay, there was a little maintenance in the building, which the host warned me in advance to let me know, showing attention and cordiality. Voltaria more often for sure. The stay was excellent! The site is very well located, which made our tours a lot easier. The space was exactly like in the pictures: super cozy, clean and well-organized. We love the apt of Eduardo, organized, clean, cookware ... plus the largest attraction is the balcony with a spectacular view with right to Morro do Careca and Praia de Ponta Negra, with external chairs and showers. Eduardo and Flat staff were super polite and attentive. I recommend it!

Loved the flat! João Vitor was very receptive from the booking to the end. The place is exactly like the photos. Very tasteful decoration, good quality bed and bath linens, hair dryer, bathroom with wonderful shower, super organized, very cozy. Easy access, quiet street, close to bars, grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. Definitely when we get back to Natal we'll stay there.

Since we started communications, Gabi and Patrícia have responded quickly. Ozineide received us very well, very polite, friendly and showed the whole house and how the household appliances worked. The house has comfortable furniture, several sofas and chairs, tables, linens, towels, mattresses, refrigerator, freezer, electric shower, air conditioning, a great outdoor area, very ventilated, with several hammocks, a great pool, and the sea view is not even spoken… not to mention that the access is super easy and fast. It has children's playground, a giant and very gorgeous lawn. Very well cared for. I would definitely come back more often. A great accommodation.

The apartment is Excellent! We loved our time staying at Carmen's apartment. The location is perfect, close to everything, we just walked. In addition, Carmen was so careful that she even left some treats for us, like beer and cold cuts. The view is incredible, comfortable bed, well equipped with towels, beach towels, among other amenities. Whenever we needed something, Carmen responded promptly. If we return to Natal, we will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

The apartment corresponds to the pictures. The garden is beautiful, well cared for. About the location, we like it very much, but it is far from the beach, with a rather steep and tiring descent/ climb, but using app cars is quite easy
