Tranquille, aucun vis à vis, calme et serein apart quelques canoës et la chante des oiseaux . Cafés, restaurants et boutiques sont accessibles à pied. Vous apprécierez la vie du village avec le sens d’être en campagne. Le jardin est idéal pour petits chiens avec les murs autour.

A terrace with a view, an unfenced land, a free space without neighbors, in the heart of nature. 15 minutes' walk from the center of the village, via a hiking trail. Very quiet place, ideal for unwinding.

Breathtaking view facing south, peaceful hanging garden with private pool for the guest couple, fish pond, palm trees and terrace. three restaurants including a caterer in the village, a bakery and a supermarket… all within walking distance. The house is located 100 m from a petanque court and a children's playground. You also have a recreational center at Lake Parisot and plenty of other nature activities on the Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val side (caving, canoeing, kayaking, etc.)
