It has an open concept with 3 floors, 1st floor: swimming pool with a small room, 2nd floor: living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3rd floor: mezzanine with two mattresses and bathroom. The decor is rustic and simple, but cozy with great outdoor spaces. The deck overlooks a stream that cuts through the terrain, providing a relaxing sound. The pool is heated only from October to March.

There are restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies nearby, less than 50 meters away, and public transportation at the building's door. Visits are not permitted unless they are notified in advance.
