what an amazing find River House was for us, fantastic accommodation and views. Katarina was a brilliant host, always willing to communicate and sorted an issue we had very speedingly and going the extra mile. River House is very well equipped, clean and well maintained. If Katarina was not available her Mum would be there bringing us homemade cakes and preserves every morning, such a treat, we felt very spoilt. I would highly recommend, if you want a peaceful break in beautiful surroundings you could do no better

Stayed here for 11 nights in May 2025, highlight was the beautiful green patio area. Everything we needed for the stay was catered for. Great central location. Iris was at hand for any questions/information we needed. Everything was as described. Thank you Iris!! 😊

An absolute gem Airbnb in Cavtat! A superbly appointed 2 storey apartment with two bedrooms. We sat regularly on the private terrace adjacent to the apartment with stunning views over the bay. The location is harbour side, close to restaurants including Mislav’s just 50 metres from our front door. We highly recommend you take some meals there as the seafood is delicious and so fresh! Beautiful walks, swimming spots nearby, regular ferry service to Dubrovnik worth a day. And numerous more aquatic activities on the doorstep. We would highly recommend this superb apartment. Looking forward to a return soon we hope :-D

The view is a 15/10 and Irena was a great hostess! She was very proactive and took great care of me when I got sick. She made an extra trip with linens and had plenty of suggestions on where to get additional supplies. Even before I felt up for leaving the apartment, the view was healing in and of itself! Irena was also immediately helpful (at 10:30 at night!) in getting on the phone with the internet provider to reset the WiFi after a brief power outage that affected the entire bay. She got us up and running in just a few minutes! So grateful we stayed here!

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Great communication, super clean apartment with all essentials for actually cooking for yourself and v comfy bed. Felt v safe as a solo traveller. Incredible views, lovely local walks with more gorgeous views. Loved taking the kayak out and enjoying the crystal clear water. It was super quiet when I went, imagine it's a little busier in summer. Darko and family very welcoming, I'd love to go back one day.

We booked this beautiful place as a group of 4 for my husband's 40th birthday celebrations. Communication with Mato from start to finish was great, he was very responsive and even provided a complimentary bottle of fizz which was a really lovely touch. Location-wise, it felt private and had incredible views of Cavtat. I do feel like I should mention that it would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues as there are A LOT of steps and uneven ground. We were dropped off by taxi at Cavtat bus station and there's a short walk (no more than 10 mins) to get to Mato's place. The apartment itself is stunning, just like the photos. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. Fresh towels were provided during our stay and our bins were emptied. The outside space is gorgeous, we really enjoyed spending evenings in the hot tub overlooking the water. There are a few small jobs that need finishing off but it didn't bother us at all. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Located about 30 mins by bus outside Dubrovnik it us definitely worth the extra effort. The view from the patio is stunning and there is everything you need provided. If you are looking to escape the manic main areas and don't want an all-inclusive experience this is it. the villa is on a main route direct to the old town and if you buy the dubrovnik pass the bus is free. There is a faily steep walk and a fair few steps to reach the villa so you need to be fit but you can use bolt or taxi to the property. great value for money

We stayed at the apartment for 7 nights and we had a fantastic holiday. Ivona and Michael were amazing hosts. Micheal recommend plenty of day trips, restaurants and sightseeing spots. Michael gave us a tour of the apartment and pool area and helped with anything we needed. Ivona was very responsive and helped us arrange our return transfers. We loved all of the little special touches in the apartment, felt like home away home. This apartment and the hosts exceeded our expectations. Location is perfect! Thank you!

We had the best stay at Maria and Abel’s place, everything was perfect and they were always available if we had any questions. Location is perfect (10 minutes walk to town but a little hilly) but so worth it for the views. Would definitely recommend and hopefully return at some point!

Couldn’t recommend Hilarije/ Marina’s apartment enough. Our second time to visit and can’t wait to go back already. Perfect location, lovely private veranda to sunbathe and relax on, literally a minute walk to the beach where there are a few bars and restaurants and only 10-15 mins scenic walk into the main area where there are loads of bars restaurants and scenic walks. The Perfect place for a stunning, relaxing break! A taxi was also organised for us to and from the airport which is only a 10 minutes drive away. Literally heaven in every sense of the word!

Great accommodation! Clean, functional, cozy, great location, there is everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The cherry on top: the magnificent view with the sunrise and sunset!! To be taken without hesitating!

Jakov was awesome. Super responsive, extremely nice, gave a ton of great recommendations in town. Made sure we had everything we needed and was flexible for check in and check out which was very appreciated. 10/10 would recommend and would absolutely stay there again.

Wow! The hosts of this Airbnb are nothing short of amazing; Vlaho and Jelico made me feel at home before I even arrived. The overall hospitality, personal touches, friendliness, and communication were exceptional. Additionally, the actual place, amentities, and location were exactly as described - beautiful, clean, peaceful, and so much more. I'm afraid to write this review because I want my room to stay available so I can visit at any time, but please... in all seriousness, don't miss the opportunity to enjoy a bit of paradise in this safe and inviting home!

The apartment was lovely. More than enough space for 5 adults. The outdoor space was fantastic. The beds were comfortable and huge. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The nearby beach was a few minutes away and other places to sunbathe and swim from were close by. Within a 10 minute walk there was a choice of restaurants and bars, a couple of bakeries and a supermarket. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the apartment.

Amazing stay at Toni’s place. Very friendly and responsive host and his mother in law was so lovely who showed us in. The place is in the perfect spot right in the old town. The garden area was beautiful and although people were walking the city walls it was amazing that the walls were so close. We even had our morning coffee with the cats and tortoises! Would highly recommend if you are after a place right in the old town with some beautiful outside space.

We had a lovely time at Marijana’s apartment! It was charming and comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood and spectacular views from the balcony. We enjoyed being up able to walk down to Old Town, and the nearby beaches. There are many stairs on the way back up the hill, and though it didn’t bother us, it might be quite difficult for some. Thank you for a lovely visit, we hope to come back again soon!

The apartment was great. We were even able to check in a little early. Apartment was very clean and tidy. We were given many things to use in the apartment and the fridge was filled with water, wine and beer. You felt very comfortable. Communication regarding check-out without problems. Very friendly relationship with each other. Apartment is many stairs away from the old town/new harbor. But we did everything on foot and that was totally okay. Value for money was definitely very good. We didn't regret choosing this apartment for a second and look forward to coming back soon.

Mirna and Marko’s place made me feel right at home. Located in an amazing location with all the amenities I needed. They even offered some local sweet candy! The beds were comfy and the space was just enough to be comfortable for three people. They left very clear instructions and their neighbors were very kind to offer help, as well. The balcony and local guide books were the cherries on top. :) ! Oh, and they offered early check-in and the ability to leave our luggage at the Airbnb after check out until our flight. I definitely recommend.

We loved the apartment. The view was spectacular, and the two sets of open doors on either end of the balcony gave the unit a very nice indoor-outdoor feel even when inside. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was very functional, we even spent a night in cooking. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Dubrovnik, as long as you don’t mind a bit of a climb up from old town. Not a long walk in and out of old town, only about 10 minutes, but lots of steps. But for us, the ability to get out of town into a quiet neighbourhood plus the view made it worth it. I can’t stress how amazing the view is from the balcony (photos don’t do it justice). Also, the owners dad greeted us at check in and he was so sweet and helpful during our stay!

Our stay was fabulous. We arrived earlier than the check in time and left far later than check out time due to our flight times and Ivana accommodated this without issue. I was celebrating a big birthday and my sister communicated with Ivana and I arrived to balloon’s and cake. A really lovely surprise. The apartment is very well equipped, clean and spacious. Other than heating the pool (didn’t stop my family but I really don’t like cold water), I cannot and would not alter a thing. Its views are stunning, and I would 100% recommend Ivana and her apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anita’s apartment. The property was spacious, airy, quiet (with the windows shut) and well air conditioned. Anita and her partner Pasko were very friendly to us. Pasko picked us up from the airport and dropped us right outside the city walls. The property is a 1-2 minute walk from the Pile gate (main entrance into the old town). Anita was thorough from start to finish. She would respond to messages within minutes and would be most helpful with any questions or queries we had. There is one step to go up from the turning into the street that the apartment is on to the front door of the apartment. Once inside, you will go up one flight of stairs to reach your apartment door. We had two large suitcases and hand luggage and we were happy with the number of stairs we had go up. When you see you the steep streets of Dubrovnik you will be very grateful for where you are staying compared to other properties. Food shop on the next street over.

Dubrovnik is beautiful and so is Luko’s place. The view from the balcony is the highlight. The house is spacious and clean. I especially like the decor it has personal touches, from the wall paintings to the vintage cameras. There is a cafe & supermarket nearby. Although it’s quite a walk to and from the old town but we didn’t mind as we enjoyed our morning and afternoon walks looking at houses & the neighborhood. Highly recommend.
