Ana’s apartment was exactly as described. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our toddler (cot, high chair and some toys). The surrounding are very peaceful and view from balcony excellent. Our toddler enjoyed watching all the boats go past, as did we but it still felt private. Location is good - less than 15 minutes outside Dubrovnik. We had a car so I can’t comment much on public transport apart from I did see buses go past near to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a great time in Kupari! The apartment was fresh and clean. The communication was great, we could count on their support at any time. They were very helpful and super kind :) Thanks once again!

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

The apartment instantly sets you in a blissful mood. Natalia is an outstanding host, thoughtful and caring. The location is another highlight - you get to the house walking through gardens, just a short walk to a sandy beach. The beach has beautiful view, it's peaceful in mornings and late afternoons. And when it's more busy - you have your own patio to enjoy. Koločep is a little paradise, all green, paths with beautiful views, many spots to relax... Staying overnight let's you experience it's full tranquility. And Natalia's place is absolutely perfect for that!

I booked this accommodation for my colleague, he stayed 12 days at Nesthouse, here is what he says: I absolutely loved my stay at Nesthouse! The apartment is tucked away in a peaceful little street, but still super close to everything - beaches, shops, and the Old Town. The garden terrace was such a relaxing spot for a glass of wine in the evening. Inside, everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged - comfy bed, great shower, fast Wi-Fi, and a really well-equipped kitchen. I also appreciated the proactive communication from the hosts and easy self check-in. The neighborhood is safe and local, with grocery stores and buses just around the corner. Highly recommended!

Outstanding. Niksa and Kate made us feel really welcome from the first moment. Very helpful , friendly and responsive before we arrived and that continued during our stay with lots of helpful tips of places to eat, how to get around, places to visit etc. The apartment was beautiful. A lovely, peaceful setting with lots of space for us to relax and for kids to play indoors and outside. The apartment felt comfortable and was extremely well equipped and we felt instantly at home. The kids loved the swings, large trampoline and the pets. The location is perfect with shops and restaurants within walking distance (as long as you're ok with hill/steps) but also close enough to Dubrovnik. We only stayed for one night, but it was a great experience! The apartment was clean, well-located, and matched the description perfectly. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Wish we had more time to enjoy the place and the city, but for a short stay, it was exactly what we needed. Highly recommended!

We received a very warm welcome and were shown around the apartment, when we were given a bowl of delicious grapes (just before they reached the end of season) picked from Family Pijaca's vines. We felt quite 'at home' there and enjoyed our conversations with Miro, who spoke very good English (unlike our Croatian!!) and with his mother through a few words and sign language.

Контакт с Альберто был очень приятным, он быстро отвечал, дал несколько полезных рекомендаций и выполнил наши дополнительные пожелания. В студии есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, в ней уютно и тихо, а столик перед входом - идеальное место для приема пищи и отдыха после прогулок по Дубровнику. С удовольствием приедем еще раз.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, with excellent amenities and great value for money. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that there were no stairs, and since we were on the top floor with suitcases, it wasn’t as accessible as we had hoped. However, everything else was perfect, and we had a lovely experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Contentissime di aver scelto l’appartamento di Iva per il nostro soggiorno a Dubrovnik. La casa molto carina,fornita di tutto il necessario, pulita e in un’ottima posizione (centrale ma non nel caos turistico). Siamo state come a casa.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It's located in a flat part of Dubrovnik, so there’s no need to climb any steep stairs - a big plus. Tucked away on a quiet street, it's just one block from Stradun and only a few steps from Pile Gate, with a nearby bus stop and taxi drop-off point making it very convenient. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a fully functional kitchen that had everything we needed for our 7-day stay in the Old Town. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our host, Nina, was exceptionally welcoming. She greeted us with fresh fruit, wine, and chocolate, and shared great local tips about beaches and day trips. Her genuine hospitality made our visit even more special. We would absolutely love to return one day!

Excellent apartment! The apartment is spacious and pristine. The views are phenomenal. The pool is spotless and really something special with the view. One of the best places we’ve stayed in a long time! Right out the front door there are stairs all the way down to the old town. The apartment was well stocked with every amenity we could have possibly needed.

Todella siisti huoneisto lähellä Lapadin kävelykatua. Hyvä uima-allas, mieletön jacuzzi ja yllätykseksemme majoituksen käytettävissä oli myös grillihuone, jossa paistoimme pizzaa Barbaran avustuksella. Barbara oli todella ystävällinen ja vastasi viesteihin välittömästi. Ihana lomakohde!

A really lovely place to stay and very convenient for the old town. Luigi was very friendly and accommodating. A perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik. I wish that we could have stayed longer.

We had a lovely stay and the apartment was very clean and exactly as it appeared in the photographs. We appreciated having the balcony and terrace to ourselves as the view was stunning. The apartment was cool and we didn't need to use the air conditioning, despite the weather being warm. We enjoyed enjoying the pool and had it more or less to ourselves for the week we were there. As others have mentioned, it's a walk down into Cavtat and we made use of the plentiful Uber drivers to bring us back at the end of the evening.

We absolutely loved staying here. Igor was fantastic, really responsive and helpful, and even brought little chocolate gifts for the kids. The pool was amazing, the location near beaches and not far from Dubrovnik. Igor even proactively offered to help us out after noticing an issue with our car - cannot recommend here highly enough for a break. The area is a paradise, the hosts are wonderful and the villa is perfect. We’ll be back.

Vila Ana is absolutely lovely and immaculately laid out. It is presented beautifully and has everything you need for your stay….. including a fantastic pool area with beautiful views from front of villa Ana and Tony were so welcoming and had even left food and goodies to welcome us Tony even gave us a tour of the immediate area including restaurants, supermarkets and Sun garden resort Knowing that they are nearby is very reassuring but not intrusive I cannot fault anything about our stay and would definitely return and recommend

What an amazing place, the best views in Dubrovnik and the pool was great!!

Super lækkert hus. Rent og pænt. Skøn pool som var hel privat. Stille og roligt kvarter. Stejle og små gader op til huset, men vi kunne godt komme frem og tilbage med en STOR bil. Vi fik vist en sti til stranden af nogle lokale, så tog det ca. 12-15 min. at gå derned med en del trapper, men vores børn på 10 og 11 kunne godt gå derned og hjem igen.
