Its a cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath home walking distance to downtown Rome with a fenced backyard for privacy and pets. We provide every thing needed to enjoy your stay: sheets, towels, hair dryer, coffee pot, microwave, stove, refrigerator, iron, washer and dryer, 2 TVs with Xfinity Wi-Fi and cable. Our kitchen is your kitchen. Feel free to use our cooking ware, utensils, dishes and appliances as needed. Before checkout, Please put your dishes in the dishwasher and clean up fenced yard, after pets.

This small remodeled home is located on a farm close to town. It is has some traffic noises. You will hear farm tools and farm animals. Enjoy nature and city sights of Rome, while also resting well and enjoying fishing, swimming and farm animals. You will find some original features in the home, mostly renovated. This is a small lake house with deep water access on spring creek at Lake Weiss. We have a 2 level boat dock and private boat ramp for small boats . The upper deck is great for sunning or enjoying the views and below is great for parking ur boat, fishing and swimming. We have a kamado Joe grill for smoking, roasting or grilling and a gas grill for convenience. Great screened in porch for times the bugs are out. Our house us pet friendly as well. Great vacation spot for time on the lake!!
