Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Ideal for solo or duo, our accommodation being independent of our home and offering: double bed, kitchenette, dining/living area, bathroom, toilet, all private. Ideally located: mountain, sea only 1 hour away, Spain 1.5 hours away. Many possible activities: visit to the Cathar castles, hiking, Red train, swimming, hiking, cycling... Free parking 50 m from the accommodation. In the village, depending on the days and times: restaurants, grocery store and post office.

The 1700's 'Mountain Village Studio' in Nohèdes (990m alt.) has been fully restored in 2021 with a contemporary interior design overlooking the village square of Nohèdes with stunning views of the valley and mountains. The location with a small terrace ensures a quiet and peaceful setting. There are great hiking opportunities into the Natural Reserve of Nohèdes with it's 4 lakes and stunning views of the Pyrenées mountains and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

Rent 2 identical 45 m2 adjoining 2-room cottages, each with a living room and per night outside the summer period (July, August). Single-story cottages, new condition in a secure, wooded, fenced property with 1500 m2 lawn. The apartment (66m²) is comfortable and suitable for one to four people. The views from the salon and from the terrace are breathtaking. Grenache has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom is on the lower floor, the second one on the upper floor. Both bedrooms have a bathroom with walk-in shower and a washbasin.
