We would like to thank Lars and the homemakers, everything was clean and organized. Our stay was perfect, the ad faithfully described everything the house had available. Concerteza we will return in the future!

House is exactly as it is in the photos, and the pool is very good for bathing. Beatriz was super accessible and allowed flexible check-in. The only observation I make is that the cleaning of the house needs to be improved, as it was quite dusty on the ceiling, with bugs and cobwebs.

Very receptive host. The place was well organized and clean, no problems. Only the access roads were not the best, but this is not the host's responsibility, as the city hall does not take care of the roads.

We love our stay. The place is much more beautiful than the photos, quiet beach, family condo. Adriana and Bruce were great and respond very fast. There was a small problem with the air conditioning of the suite that was quickly resolved and solutions created, which we understand to be super normal, because unforeseen things happen. Raneri was super attentive and informed us of everything. It was our first time at VG and we had a great experience. Everything is beautiful, clean and organized, and Raneri is always willing, helpful and responds quickly. The condominium also has a great structure, beach access, a huge swimming pool and a grocery store inside the condominium, which makes it easy if you need anything. In addition, a wonderful stay, with a beautiful view and a comfortable environment. We'll come back more often ☺️

The place has a great location, being a quiet environment with an impeccable view. The fact of having air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms was a differential, as the environment became hot in a few hours of the day. In addition, the apartment is close to several restaurants and the busiest part of the city. Roseane was attentive and kind, giving guidance on hosting.

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The mattress on the bed was a bit finite, and therefore not very comfortable. Leaving that aside everything was spectacular.

Luana always responded quickly. Very friendly and attentive. The apartment is super well located, the pools and the beach, incredible. We had a great time. The apartment is about 1 h from the center of Fortaleza and we rent a vehicle (I recommend them), and we select some places to visit, wonderful.

We were simply delighted with our stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The condominium is wonderful, safe, well maintained, and conveys an indescribable peace. The location is also excellent, ideal for resting and enjoying every moment. Camila, an amazing host, was a real gift, always helpful, attentive and willing to help us with everything we needed. Great space, just two blocks from downtown and the beach. The house is spacious and has everything we need in the kitchen and living room. I just found the lighting from the lamps inside the house to be dark at night, but Lucas responded to the suggestion to check this. It has a beautiful pool with a variety of beautiful plants around it. The concierge and the apartment itself have passwords, making it safer. I recommend the space and the owner.

If you want to go to cumbuco/caucaia, it is a place that is close to everything, gas station, centrinho, beach, beach club with buggy rides, supermarket, but by the announcement I had understood that the two bedrooms had the conditioned, but only 1 had, but the power of it did not supply the heat of the place, it managed to be efficient only at night/dawn during the morning/afternoon it is not enough to supply the need, but otherwise it was all tranquil, good condominium, with swimming pool, grill, field, covered parking
