Vacation rentals with beach access in Caucaia

Very well located, close to restaurants. Everything could be done on foot I recommend it!!

The stay was excellent! Glaiseane gave us the instructions in advance and we had no difficulty checking in. Comfortable apartment, condominium with incredible space, good restaurants in the area. To top it off, a wonderful sunset on the beach in front of the condominium. We loved everything!

We love our stay. The place is much more beautiful than the photos, quiet beach, family condo. Adriana and Bruce were great and respond very fast. There was a small problem with the air conditioning of the suite that was quickly resolved and solutions created, which we understand to be super normal, because unforeseen things happen. The apartment is very cosy and the location is good. It’s a bit further from the city center but this was not a problem for us. We were on the ground floor and we liked it a lot since we had a lot of space and view on the garden. The condominium is very nice, the pool, the fitness, spa area, restaurant etc. The employees were friendly and always willing to help. Yeda is also very friendly and responsive. I would for sure recommend this place and would love to come back.

Raneri was super attentive and informed us of everything. It was our first time at VG and we had a great experience. Everything is beautiful, clean and organized, and Raneri is always willing, helpful and responds quickly. The condominium also has a great structure, beach access, a huge swimming pool and a grocery store inside the condominium, which makes it easy if you need anything. In addition, a wonderful stay, with a beautiful view and a comfortable environment. We'll come back more often ☺️

Luana always responded quickly. Very friendly and attentive. The apartment is super well located, the pools and the beach, incredible. We had a great time. The apartment is about 1 h from the center of Fortaleza and we rent a vehicle (I recommend them), and we select some places to visit, wonderful.

It was a wonderful and quiet stay, the house is spacious, ventilated, close to the beach and lagoon. It was a wonderful weekend, we will be back soon, super helpful host whenever I needed was available to help with any questions or anything.

We had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere is extremely comfortable, clean, well organized and welcoming. The caretaker Gildasio, welcomed us very well, showed us all the accommodations of the house calmly. I recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place and attentive service. Well, for starters, Thamires is a wonderful host! Super helpful and prompt. The gas ran out on the last day, and she quickly resolved the situation. About the house, it is very spacious, beautiful, well furnished, clean house, excellent rooms, all with air conditioning. The pool is small, but perfect for the number of people in the house. Two things that were not excellent about the accommodation were: the arrival there, because the path is a bit complicated, we followed the address on the Airbnb app, and we ended up in a place much further ahead than the address of the house. But when we put it on the GPS, everything worked out. And lastly, and not so important, I found the kitchen smelling of mold, the utensils smelling of mold, we had to wash everything before using it. But I think it's because the house is closed, and that didn't hinder the wonderful stay at Thamires' house. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance. 🫶

Everything was great. Perfect accommodation. Only the shower in the social bathroom (in the service area) was not working, there was no shower installed. Another observation that must be made: the condominium employees collect our things if we are not at the tables near the pool and take them to the guardhouse. I went twice to bathe in the sea and they collected my belongings that were on the table. I found this annoying and embarrassing, as I was with the elderly and children, I had to look for another place to accommodate them.

Very nice accommodation, comfortable bed and very kind host, giving support whenever I needed it. I intend to go back again and again.

We were 2 adults and 2 children staying for 7 days in mid-January 2025. At all times Jarbas was very helpful, polite and clarified all doubts. The apartment is beautiful, with several utensils available that made our stay comfortable, meeting all our needs. The extremely comfortable beds and pillows, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room are always pleasant. The leisure area is great, with clean swimming pools, an impeccable garden, and very polite and helpful staff. Beach access is safe and entrance through the concierge as well. We felt good about the condominium policy. There is a restaurant and pool bar. Excellent food We went to Morro Branco, Praia das Fontes, Porto das Dunas beach, Sabiaguaba dunes, Lagoinha beaches, Flecheiras, Praia do Futuro and Mercado Central. We rented a car and felt safe the whole time, the city is wonderful, with good and signposted roads. We were sorry to have to leave. Very peaceful environment

My stay was excellent! The place was exactly as shown in the photos, everything was very clean and well maintained. Wellington and Angela were super attentive and helpful, making the experience even better. I certainly intend to return in high season. I highly recommend it!
