Very nice little studio, simple and easy check-in. The apartment is very well located The explanations given were very helpful and clear. We only stayed one night, but we would have stayed longer if the opportunity arose. 🫶🏻

Thank you Circadian for having me, I wish I could've stayed longer. The apartments interior is super cool and very clean. It's in a great location, walkable distance to everything. The host was very responsive and gave some great local reccomendations.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Saigon. The space was clean, quiet, and peaceful with a great layout that felt spacious and calming. The pool was a huge bonus—beautiful and relaxing—and the balcony made for a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was smooth. A great option if you're looking for a restful place to stay while still being close to the heart of the city.

The unit was very well maintained and super comfortable. Booked this for 6 people for 5 days and it was perfect. David was also a very responsive and helpful host. Would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful view of the city! Perfect spot which was in walkable distance to busy streets and the walking street for night life. There’s also a massage place directly outside which was convenient. An easy spot to rest before/after day trips. Only recommendation would be for the bed to have a top sheet. That may be a personal preference. The shower water also gets everywhere in the bathroom so an extra bath mat may be needed.

We immediately felt at home here and were very satisfied. Communication was always quick and smooth. After check-out, we were also allowed to drop off our luggage. Also, the ability to wash your clothes was super convenient! We would recommend the property to anyone! The location is great for a few days in town and is also pleasantly quiet in the side street. Thanks for everything!!!

It's well maintained apartment, clean, comfortable bed, nice ambience. While it feels remote, its actually near lots of attraction points with grab taxi. Host is very responsive, we had a little issue on the door lock alarm at 11pm and technician came in few minutes resolving the issue. Super recommended for families and group of friends!

I used to stay in district 1, but this time I preferred to stay in a more modern building, close enough to the places I had to visit, but far enough from the touristic area. The studio is well designed, clean and comfortable. It’s easy to navigate from by walk or grab. There are 3 convenience stores and a pharmacy below the residence, I can only recommend this place.

because i never read someone Else Said in the review, so: First i was afraid it will be a really noisy place because its so Close to the loudest street in HCMC. But it was really Not, There was small Sounds yes, but nothing that would distract at all. But even If Theres Earplugs free to use (but i Had No need at all) the Room is siper spacious and the hole Setup is really nice. The Bathroom seperated Like that is also awesome. I can understand the Rating of this Location very Well. I Had a really really positive stay in the place. It was Wonderful.

Lovely stay at the apartment, nice and modern and with all the facilities that you need. Loved the balconies that had some nice views! All well thought out layout of the condo, could easily have a good size group of people to stay comfortably. Easy to access the rest of the city with Grab for pickup/drop off and great, famous pizza restaurant located right next door!

The space was perfect! Clean and comfortable. Big plus for the laundry room to wash and dry your clothes for free, it's great when you're on a long trip. Thank you!

The location could not have been better—right in the heart of the city and walking distance to all the top attractions you’d want to visit. The Airbnb itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight and a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The apartment is modern and spacious. Large area suitable for groups of friends and family. The space is around literature and safe.

This is my second time stayed at Betty apartment. Same as previous she still so responsive and the apartment still nice as my previous stay. Will highly recommend for couple to stay for honeymoon.

Very happy with this flat - stayed in it for 4 weeks with 2 other friends and was incredibly happy. The pool and gym were incredible additions and the entire flat was clean and lovely.

It’s a very cute and clean airbnb. The host is very friendly and responsive. The location is very close to all the attractions around Ho Chi Minh center. The place is a bit hot during the day. The AC took a while to cool down the room coz we went out for a whole day but it is not a big deal. One issue is the treads of the staircases are quite small and a bit slippery if your feet are wet. I think it’s better if we can add anti-slip taps/strips to improve the safety. I love the bathtub with the view but I didnt try it since I am worrying that people from outside can see us naked. There is a blind but well, I just wanted to have a bath while enjoying the view haha. Overall I would love to come back or recommend this place to everyone.
