The apartment building is highly regarded and conveniently located near the highway. While the property includes a swimming pool, as noted, there is an additional fee to use it. I mistakenly assumed it was managed by the same agency, but clearer communication on this point would have been helpful. Otherwise, I found the property to be excellent and beautifully maintained. The host was responsive and provided prompt assistance.

We had a great stay for over 5 months at this place. The housekeeping service is amazing, the host is very responsive, and the place is nice.

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable, a beautiful view from 29th floor. The complex has facilities such as swimming pool and children playground. The location is perfect and super convenient for shopping, dining and relaxing. The host was very friendly and helpful, rapid response to any needs. Thanks Sim. We had a great stay and will be back. My partner and I had a great stay at Thanhs airbnb. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Functioning AC and dehumidifier too. Location was good, lots of convenience stores and a big supermarket 10 min walk away. It’s in the heart of the Japanese district with lots of Japanese food around if that’s what you’re wanting. Amenities wise it is pretty bare. At first Thanh provided 2 body towels, 1 toilet paper roll, shampoo and body wash, and that’s it. When we asked for other basics like hand wash, hand towels, dish towel and dish soap (for the kitchen), he then provided them after a few hours which was greatly appreciated but should have been there already. I’ve stayed in many airbnbs before and they have always had basics like spices, oils, extra TP, drying rack, cleaning supplies, etc but this wasn’t provided. It was fine for us for a few days, we only cooked one meal, but we certainly missed the basic household items.

Thanks Kim for everything. See you again on the next opportunity. This is a spacious room at the top of a big luxury house. Private balcony for at least get a fresh air. It has a bathroom immediately outside the room but nobody use it so it’s almost “private”. You can use the full equipment kitchen at the first floor and the spacious living room if you need to receive someone. There are many local places around to eat, if you are well familiar with culture & Vietnamese food. I found Phở in a near alley crossing the street. Getting thru different alleys you can get to a local market or find other streets with plainly places to eat local. There are severals nearby bus stops to/from the center or to/from the airport. Bus transportation system in Hanoi is very effective and I frequently use it. Use goxglemap routing function to find out. It’s a great choice if you want to be outside the center but near enough. I used the washing machine another convenient thing.

Friendly host

I loved the spacious and independent room structure that was big enough for 4 couples to come. There was an elevator, so it was easy to move my luggage, and the room was tidy. The soundproofing was a bit of a shame, but it's a quiet alley at night, so it's not hard to sleep. I had a nice stay.

The apartment is very new, fully furnished, clean. Quick check in. Enthusiastic, friendly hosts. The building's value is easy to find, convenient transportation.

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! They guided me to the building I wanted, and I was so grateful that they answered everything right away. It was nice that they prepared it even though I requested it separately.

Just across the street is Miding, so the location is really good. First of all, the host is friendly and very responsive and accurate. The elevator is super fast. Very satisfied
