Great stay in Hanoi, would definitely recommend! Less than a 10 min car ride to Old Quarter. Secure and private. Inside was clean and felt very comfortable 🥰 Hosts were responsive, were present during check in and booked transfers and gave helpful lists of local places to visit. I had a pleasant check-in experience thanks to the warm welcome from the first staff member I met and Huong. Throughout my stay, they always checked if I needed anything and took great care of me. The location of the accommodation was perfect — close to tourist attractions but still quiet. Not a single insect appeared, and the place was very clean.

We had a great stay with Tea, she was so helpful with local gems including activities, sightseeing, food recommendations, and more. She was a great communicator and very responsive. If it’s your first time here I would absolutely recommend Tea and her place as she was so helpful.

We returned to stay in Huong’s place the second time. The place was very nice. All information was shared before hand. The hosts made extra efforts to book all our travel needs as well and sent very nice cars and drivers that we paid for. This will be our place to stay if we are back in Hanoi next year.

The place was clean and nicely decorated. There are a lot of stairs which is something to keep in mind but overall we loved the place and would be happy to book again

Rosie’s place was so wonderful that my friends and I decided to stay for a couple extra days. Rosie was very welcoming and accommodating for our itinerary change. She included us in the first full moon celebration with delicious sweets and fruits delivered to our place. Thanks for included us Rosie. The only thing I forgot in my previous review was to mention how great it was to have a washing machine for laundry. Works well and very clean. Each room 101/201/301 have patios with furniture for sitting to enjoy coffee with friends. The top deck 301 was a perfect get together place for my friends and I. We spent a few hours here hanging out and enjoying the street views of Hanoi :-)

Hoa has been absolutely delightful to interact with and is a treasure. We love it here. We are already planning our next visit to this magnificent location. The apartment is lovely with a very comfortable living space and a darling balcony that even has a washing machine. We have enjoyed leisurely walks on the miles of pathways around the lagoons that are right downstairs from the apartment. While strolling in the area we’ve spent time exploring the many excellent cafés and have been content with the extensive convenience store and supermarket resources. Even the minimarts have a wide array of fresh produce and meat and dairy products. Found the multiple local pharmacies to be well stocked and able to fulfill most of our prescription medication needs. Everything is walking distance, including the world class Bat Trang Museum, Swan Lake, and numerous other meticulously maintained parks and lakes. Magical Hanoi City Centre is a manageable 35-40 minute drive. This place is hard to beat!

I really enjoyed the view, the sauna, and the apartment. The air conditioning system worked wonderfully, and the gym was nice as well. I was missing some instructions on how to turn on the warm water, where to get the card, and more towels, as I was going to the sauna every day. By the way, the sauna’s Bluetooth device might be collecting more information from your phone than is allowed. Without connecting to anything other than the sauna, I got some red flags. Everything else was amazing! Thank you!

The apartment is beautiful, very clean and just like the picture. The building is near Lotte West Lake. The host is friendly and attentive. She guided me to the supermarket and gym nearby. I will come back again.

Recommended if you're planning a group trip in Hanoi. Our group was very satisfied, and the host communicated actively. Her guidance was clear, and her answers were quick. I made good memories at this place. Say hello to the dog next door in the alleyway. ^^

Linh's apartment is very nice and clean, the location is right in the heart of the city so it is very convenient to get to the old town. The special feature here is that Linh is very quick to respond and extremely friendly. Rcm mng should come here when coming to Hanoi!

We had a very pleasant stay at Hoa’s apartment in ocean park. Great location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a TP bank around the corner that doesn’t charge fees to withdraw money with a monzo card. There is a shopping mall within 35 minute walk and the biggest man made beach in Vietnam. Takes about 45 minutes to drive from the airport. The host is very responsive, polite and helpful. We stayed at Hoa’s place on two separate occasions. The bed is big and comfortable. My only observation would be about the cleaning that could have been better and attention to detail. Also you will hear a lot of beeping from the busy junction on the road but with the windows shut it is bearable. The apartment is beautiful. Overall I would recommend.

I always try to come when I come to Midding side of Hanoi. I think this is the best value for money at this price range. The accuracy is high. It is convenient because there is a shopping mall in the same building, and there is also Starbucks and Vietnam's representative franchise coffee shop Highland. It's enough to come as a family. There are 3 rooms, 3 beds, a generous living room, and a kitchen. By the way, there are a lot of Koreans here, it's such a good neighborhood and a place with high stability. Also, if you go over the overpass in front, there are counterfeit shopping and Korean restaurants, pho thin, a rice noodle restaurant, and a well-touch massage shop, and there are many local restaurants nearby, and it took about 45-50 minutes by taxi from the airport. This is an accommodation that I admit.

A very beautiful apartment! We had very good time in Ha Noi and Kien‘s Airbnb met all our expectations. Rooms were clean and very good equipped. Nice wi fi, nice bath, nice 4k TV etc.. Every bedroom has an air conditioning, so it was really nice to stay during may in Ha Noi. The host gave us recommendations for places where to eat, helped us with transportation to airport and gave us possibility to check in earlier - so we are very thankful! We really enjoyed the stay, thank you!

Amazing place right in the heart of old quarter. Perfect Airbnb for 2-3 people. Host was proactive in communicating the instructions for checking in. She catered to our super late check in requirements and was always willing to help us in any way possible be it local recommendations, house needs etc. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a stay with rustic vibes with perfect blend of cosmopolitan Hanoi.

Super nice apartment! Love the design and the cozy feel. The kitchen worked great for me, and the AC was strong during hot afternoons. Great location, easy to grab food nearby or head into the old quarter. Would definitely stay again!
