Good location.There are not only restaurants and facilities for resorts, but also shops where locals gather.There is a bus center, and it is convenient for getting to the main island of Cebu.The room is clean and the pool is comfortable.It's nice that you can use the private beach, even if you have to pay.There were no towels when we entered the room, and the safety box did not work, but when we contacted them, they responded immediately.

The value for the money is very, very good. There were no wheels, no ants. There were old traces, but the tidiness and cleanliness were very good, and I used the all-in-one washer + dryer well every day. The hot water came out very well for two days, but suddenly it didn't come out, so I just washed it. He responded right away, and since I didn't have any inquiries for more than two days, he first told me to tell him if I had any inconveniences. The kitchen sink is also clean. There were plenty of towels. It's convenient and not crowded because the surrounding living facilities are within walking distance. There was plenty of space for my 5th grade son and his mom, and there was an air-conditioned living room and bedroom, and the control was good, and there was no moldy smell. It's a wall-mounted air conditioner, so there's no noise. There was a vacuum cleaner and a mop, so I just did it simply and lived well for 6 nights. You can log in to Netflix and watch YouTube. There is a space for garbage next to the elevator, so you can dispose of it every day. And most importantly, the bed mattress was so comfortable and nice. I prefer hard mats, but it was very comfortable and perfect for us. The pillows were comfortable, and the blankets weren't thin, so it was nice. I want to visit again if the dates match my next plans. I think it would be nice to live there for a month during the vacation. Oh, and the 5th floor swimming pool is spacious and great to spend time in.

I would like to commend the host for being so responsive. I was able to book the place on the same day. The place looks great with huge balcony, cozy interior, and functional kitchen. There’s a plenty of bed foams for each members of the family. Easy check in and check out.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

Excellent host, great service, perfect place for family gathering with well maintained landscape, open area concept, air conditioned rooms, modern kitchen, clean and spacious bathrooms, close to town center and can accommodate lots of guests. Will definitely be coming back.

Steve's place was exactly what I needed to get away from the city and enjoy a peaceful weekend. My favorite thing about the location was the road you enter on was full of local people who were all very kind and friendly. There is lots of great food and small stores all up and down the road. I did not cook anything because it was just to easy and a pleasure to walk and get a great meal. Thanks for everything Steve.

The place was lovely, the view was relaxing seeing the pool area and glass house from the living room. Although we encountered a little hiccup regarding the malfunctioning microwave, which our host let me know on the day of the check in. I would have appreciated it if I was told beforehand because we brought microwave popcorn. Although, the caretaker Ms. Neria was clear with her instructions and tour of the Airbnb. She even offered to let us borrow her rice cooker as the previous guests misused the old rice cooker and left it discolored. The glass house was cozy, and offered a really nice view of the sea and sunrise. My family members however complained regarding the water pressure in their bathrooms. Hope this can be fixed as well. Other than that, we loved the karaoke and the pool! We are also able to use the grill for barbecue and the ref and freezer were functional, which was fortunate since my family brought a lot of food. Cozy Stay with Great Comfort – But a Car is Recommended I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb! The place is cozy, clean, and comes with all the essentials you’d need for a comfortable visit. The air conditioning works really well, which made the stay even more relaxing. It’s located inside a subdivision, so it’s quiet and secure, but you’ll need a car or ride to get around more easily. The good news is there are small convenience stores within the subdivision for quick needs. The playground is well-maintained and great for kids. The only downside was that the swimming pool wasn’t very clean during our stay. Still, I would definitely book this home again if we ever visit Cebu — it’s also conveniently close to the airport, which is a big plus!

It’s our third time staying at Jane’s home. We must say that it keeps getting better each time. She listens to her guests’ and takes suggestions to heart. It truly reflects on how well-maintained her home is. It is very straight forward, no unnecessary item or furniture that eats up space. Everything you find inside has a purpose. Jane’s welcome note and welcome treat are consistent, which we find very thoughtful.

Of all the units we've stayed in at Mactan Newtown this is the best that we are satisfied and no complain at all. This will be the place we will be staying for our next visit in Cebu! I highly recommend this place.

This was my second trip to cebu , and Queno place is perfect if you want to be near everything. You can walk right across the street and you have everything from coffee cafes , Japanese food, chicken & beer , night club , dunkin donuts , breakfast lounge with a full bar and food menu, and at night it's a hookah lounge upstairs.

An amazing place in a fantastic location! It truly felt like staying in a hotel. I especially loved the keyless entry with coded locks, so convenient! There were some power interruptions, likely due to building maintenance, but overall, a great experience.

We absolutely loved the place! My niece and nephews loved the pool and we absolutely loved everything else too! There are a lot of restaurants in the area to choose from so it’s a great place all around. The host was super sweet and extremely helpful with my 1 million questions LOL. For me it was a 10/10! Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.
