The Cottage at Arrandale Farms

Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. I enjoy offering you and your pet a place to stay, short term or long term. This is pet friendly and I do not charge extra for those traveling with pets. This is a private casita. Private entrance to guest house with private patio with outdoor sitting and BBQ. Casita and everything in it is fairly new. Queen size bed with thoughtful decorations. There is a table top bar that can also be used as a desk. Small kitchenette with a small refrigerator with freezer, microwave and grill.

Private Urban Farm Stay

Located at a very quiet, agricultural 1 acre property in the heart of northwest Phoenix, come stay in a spacious casita style space and enjoy the surround of farm animals in the neighborhood including horses, peacocks, sheep, rabbits, birds and much more. The casita/studio is attached to our main home that we reside in, but the space has a private entrance with an easy keypad self check-in. We equipped it with everything you need to feel at home!
