Great location near shops and beaches! Separate apartment 380 sq ft. Private walkway, small deck area, large backyard with fire pit. The main room has a queen bed, and a futon couch, TV with ROKU, small kitchen with microwave, small oven and hot plate, table seats 4 comfortably. Designated parking! Full bathroom, place to hang garments, suitcase stand and a walk-in rain shower with separate hand held wand. Also a few miles from Mayfaire Shopping Center, Airlie Gardens and other attractions.

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. John has an amazing little gem hidden here. My family loved every minute of being here - we didn’t want to leave! We were worried about the size but once we got there seen there was plenty if not more space! Beautiful home with the cutest little farm beside it. John was very thoughtful with everything inside the home, we didn’t need anything. Such a great experience, truly hope to come back. The binder full of great information and recommendations was a great tool. We really appreciate you opening your home to us. Such a great, unforgettable experience.

My husband and I and my brother and his wife were coming into town for a family reunion… we had not been to this area in over 20 years. As I looked around for an Airbnb, Michelle’s stood out to me! Not only was it adorable ! But it was so clean and new, easy to find, ample parking, huge fenced backyard, just wonderful! We found three restaurants within a mile that were great, an Asian one, a Mexican one and the sawmill family diner, which had amazing breakfast (lunches too!) Traveling around and exploring was fun and easy to find our way back. Michele’s cottage was so comfortable !! It was well appointed, plenty of coffee and sugar beautiful open kitchen into the eating area and living area. Even the laundry area off the kitchen, which we did use. The AC was nice and cold!! The bathrooms. (2) were great bright and cheery, excellent water pressure, ample hot water.. The beds were comfortable! Michelle was quick to answer questions. I highly recommend this place.!!!

My family and I had a wonderful 5 night stay at Riptide/Dawns place. If you like being just a little outside downtown but close enough to access quickly, as I do, the location is perfect. The apartment is comfy. We walked the trails, had a bonfire, fed the horses, and enjoyed relaxing on the deck. Dawn responded quickly when messaged, although we didn’t really need assistance as her guidebook was detailed. The caretaker on the property was friendly and helpful. It’s easy to get to restaurants, beaches, downtown, stores, and trails. Great place!

Our stay at The Blue Blossom House was outstanding! It appears to be very newly renovated & it was super clean! Nice furnishings. Lots of space & an easy walk to the riverfront pavilion where we saw a great show. Jon was the best host. Very easy check in. He was communicative & helpful. He really went above & beyond with all of the extra amenities that you don’t always find in other rentals. Our daughter loved the bunkbeds & all the games . Extras in every room! A book of recommendations was also provided & he even messaged to let us know about a free concert down the street. Amazing host. Would definitely stay again in the future. 5 stars!

This was my second stay within a month, and I absolutely love this place. It’s the perfect size , not too small, not too big , and so thoughtfully set up. Doreen is super responsive and proactive, which makes everything easy. I really appreciate the little extras like regular and sparkling water, and even a hair straightener in the bathroom. Now I know not to pack mine next time! My flight was delayed and I had issues leaving too, but she was incredibly accommodating with late check-in and check-out. That flexibility means so much when life happens. I’ll definitely be back!
