Very quiet environment with unobstructed views of the countryside and Pyrenees in clear weather. 10 minutes from the Saramon recreation center (swimming lake, games) 20 minutes from AUCH. Numerous hiking and biking trails. The mill is located at the rear of the renovated farmhouse near the outbuildings with separate access.
