The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

In pochi minuti è possibile raggiungere il Duomo di Cefalù con la sua Cattedrale, Porta Pescara, il Lavatoio Medievale e l'ingresso al Parco della Rocca. In zona troverete numerosi ristoranti in cui provare la cucina locale.
