Ciao Daniela, what a dream it was to stay at your place! I already can't wait to come back. The room was fabulously decorated, more spacious than the pictures. super clean and well-though out space. Felt super private but in the warmth of someone else's environment. The setting on your farm is unbelievable beautiful. The chickens, cats and dogs - all added to the experience. What a beautiful and serene place - like something out of a fairy tale. This is what AIR BNB used to be about, staying with a host (who is welcoming and proactive like yourself) and you have a real authentic experience of staying in someone's home. You even invited me to pick berries from your farm. Thank you so much for everything. This was not just a stay - this is an experience!

It was a wonderful stay and the people in Nesso very friendly. The little shop nearby stocks everything we needed and the 'Sport' pizza restaurant was very good. Managing the stairs daily saved me from the need to go jogging. Nesso is special because there is no traffic noise although, if you are driving then the roads are narrow and need 100% attention. The ferries are really worth the fares, buses too. So many thanks and it will stay in our memory as a brilliant BnB

Ebe en Giovanni hebben ons heel goed geholpen. De parkeerplaats is zeer handig en zo moesten we iets minder hoog gaan met de auto door de nauwe straatjes van Brunate. Let wel dat je goed te been bent want de 350 meter vanaf de parking is naar boven. de ruimte was proper, je had er ook alles wat je nodig hebt voor een zorgeloze vakantie. Voor ons was het enige minpuntje dat de deur naar de tuin in de slaapkamer was. We hadden een kindje van 4 maand mee, hij is een lichte slaper dus konden we niet echt buiten zitten in het mooie weer 's avonds. Ze zijn beiden zeer vriendelijke hosts en geven steeds duidelijke instructies. We hebben genoten. Blij dat we kozen voor een verblijf in Brunate en niet in Como zelf. Het is er veel rustiger. Een abbonement op de funicolare voor 16 euro zorgt ervoor dat je een week lang deze kan gebruiken. En de andere touristen met een dagticket kan voorbijgaan. Dit was ook een groot pluspunt.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Casa Tilde in Dervio! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum See und zu den wichtigsten Geschäften und Restaurants. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Gastgeber: Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an super freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen oder kleinen Anliegen konnten wir ihn jederzeit unkompliziert über Chat erreichen und bekamen immer sofort eine Antwort. Das hat uns ein sehr sicheres und willkommenes Gefühl gegeben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!

Absolutely stunning place! One of those rare cases when the place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Every detail is charming, and we especially loved the honey made by Gloria’s family. The authenticity of the house and its surroundings is perfectly balanced with comfort — you feel both inspired and at home. Palanzo isn’t the easiest place to reach without a car, but Gloria helped us arrange a transfer and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

Such a historic, peaceful and walkable place. Market, 3restaurants and boat dock close for boat tours. Eros and Daniel were some of most helpful and responsive hosts I have seen. They live a block away. Will always cherish sitting on lawn at dusk watching lake Como lights come on

Sehr saubere, schöne und abgelegene Unterkunft. Von einem freundlichem Empfang bis zur Unterkunft war alles sehr angenehm und absolut empfehlenswert. Ich werde bestimmt wiederkommen.

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.

Spent an amazing couple of days at this place! Really pleased with Monica’s communication and helpfulness. Her recommendations for restaurants and cafes were great and the house was very clean. 100% recommended!

This was one of our favorite apartments yet. Magical!! Pros: the view was stunning. We are active and fit so we didn't mind the steep 10 minute walk up from town to the house. We took advantage of the outdoor table for dining and drinks. We took a half day off from taking the bus to other towns to sightsee, just to relax on the sun loungers in the private side yard. Cons: The listing indicated that cooking basics like olive oil and ground pepper would be there, but they were not. My daughter and I cook at least a few full meals at every Airbnb so this what frustrating for us, especially as we had already been to the grocery store and were starting to cook when we noticed:( Note: We did alert the host about the olive oil but he did not opt to provide us with any. Stefano was wonderful in every other way so this surprised us.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Franziska in vollen Zügen genossen. So ein schöner Ort - ein bezaubernder Garten, die Umgebung wunderbar - was will man mehr… wir hatten einen Zwischenstopp eingelegt auf der Rückfahrt von Süditalien mit unseren 3 Kindern. Sehr zu empfehlen, man ist auch ganz fix wieder auf der Autobahn. Danke Franziska für die schöne Zeit :)

Super cute place. Nadia and her husband were extremely welcoming and helpful. We rode on her husband’s ferry to Lenno and he brought us up in the cockpit. From Lenno we walked to Balbianello (Star Wars, Casino Royale). Don’t bother with guided tour, just walk the gardens. We also rented a boat for a couple hours. Como was the boys’ favorite stop on this trip and much thanks to Nadia.

Elisabetta встретила нас, помогла припарковать автомобиль, у нас был свободный доступ к парковке для нашей машины, что в тех местах очень важно! Нас ждал прекрасный прием: фрукты, вода, кофе, молоко, конфеты и печенье, что было очень удобно, особенно утром. На наши вопросы Elisabetta отвечала очень быстро, во всем помогала, также нам помогли с багажом. Нам предоставили полотенца для пляжа и обувь для камней. Постельное белье и полотенца были чистейшими, кровати удобными. С балкона открывается невероятный вид на озеро. Когда мы уезжали, Elisabetta проводила нас, помогла с багажом, угостила детей вкусным и полезным печеньем, которое мы могли взять в дорогу. Спасибо большое, Elisabetta, с удовольствием вернемся еще!

Très bel appartement pour notre arrêt vers la Toscane , le logement était en parfait état . Hôtes très réactifs , nous renseignent bien sur les restaurants aux alentours . Merci

Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

Fantastic location. The flat is cost and private despite its central location. Nice outdoor balcony space and good AC. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking.

Both Francesco and his mom are super friendly, and very service minded. We had an amazing stay for 8 days and truly enjoyed it! The view is spectacular! And the apartment is perfect, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, which makes it easy to cook. I would however recommend trying the local Briisa de ness, really good food. I would stay here again any time! One little note, it’s not that easy to get around in the area with your dog, as there are no paths outside of the roads, the roads are quite small and sometimes a bit busy to walk on. So you will either have to drive a bit to get to an area suitable for walking. However there is a small garden attached to the apartment.

This place was the perfect place to stay if you want a beautiful view of the lake and to be in a quiet neighbourhood. There was pros and cons with the location (cons- trouble finding a taxi to and from the train station and not much in close walking distance & pros- beautiful view, right beside the C30 bus stop) but if you’re up for adventure and fully able bodied it’s worth it! We bought some groceries in Como after spending a the day there and had dinner one night in, walked down the stairs by the bus stop to the lake level for dinner at Ristorante Vapore sul Lago di Como and spent a day at the Lido di Faggeto Miamilaryo, which was a beautiful beach club with good food and drinks. The house was everything we needed and the view had us speechless the whole time. The hosts were quick to respond and help when we had questions. We would highly recommend this stay!

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans un endroit absolument idéal pour se reposer. Le cadre est très calme, avec une magnifique vue sur le lac parfait pour déconnecter. Nous avions un logement avec une cuisine extérieure, ce qui était vraiment super agréable pour profiter pleinement de l’environnement. La chambre était très bien, confortable et propre. Le lieu est aussi parfaitement adapté pour un séjour avec un petit enfant : il y a un bac à sable, une balançoire, quelques jouets sur place, une chaise haute, un lit bébé… même des jeux de société pour les soirées en famille. Les propriétaires sont adorables, avec plein de petites attentions qui font la différence : à notre arrivée, des fruits frais, des yaourts, des bières… Et pour ceux qui aiment leur tranquillité, pas d’inquiétude, on ne les a presque pas vus Le seul petit point d’amélioration selon moi serait l’ajout d’une petite piscine ce serait vraiment la cerise sur le gâteau. Mais sinon, tout était top, un vrai petit coin de paradis

We had a fantastic stay at Emanuela’s apartment. It’s located in a great place, within walking distance of a lot of shops, restaurants and the lake, whilst being tucked away in a private corner - giving you privacy away from the crowds. Very clean and equipped! Emanuela’s was also very helpful and sent clear instructions for check-in, so everything ran extremely smoothly - especially as we had delays on our flight and didn’t get to the accommodation until 3am! Overall, great place and would recommend!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Marco und Stefy gefühlt. Marco hat uns persönlich begrüßt und uns direkt gut in Como und Umgebung eingewiesen. Ganz toll & sympathisch! 😊 Die Unterkunft selbst ist wie auf den Bildern, sauber und geräumig. Sie liegt hervorragend in der Nähe der Uferpromenade und man erreicht alles sehr schnell. Auch eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor Ort! Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen!😊👍🏽
