Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Cashiers

Celeste was an exceptionally friendly host. She responded quickly and was a delight to interact with. Her house was quiet and nestled in the beautiful, peaceful mountains, offering amazing views. The front porch was perfect for enjoying early-morning coffee and watching fireflies in the late evening. The house provided everything we needed for a quick getaway. We will definitely be returning soon!

Absolutely loved our stay here. I'll say our Kia K5 didnt make it up the driveway but it was a nice walk up, use caution if your feeble. The house is so beautifully decorated when you walk threw the door, the live plants made it feel like home as soon as they were spotted. The kitchen was so cute and had everything we needed to cook, the living room was so cozy with the cutest plaid touches to make it pop. The video projector was amazing, we were trying to unplug but took advantage of movies on the couch. The clawfoot tub was one of my favorite things, after hiking it was nice to relax alone. The hot tub outside was so nice, imagine being surrounded by dark folliage for privacy while relaxing, it was also directly beside the sauna. Both surrounded by dense trees for privacy. It was amazing! Hailey was absolutely amazing, before arriving she reached out to let us know if we needed anything she was a few minutes away. During our stay she reached out to make sure things were still great.

Heather’s place was perfect. It was just outside of town, but the atmosphere felt very private. We really enjoyed easy access to the creek and morning coffee in the outdoor seating area overlooking the creek. Very easy walking to downtown.

This place was an absolute gem. It was really, REALLY clean. I think the hosts emphasize how much they clean, and it really shows. It was conveniently located to Asheville. Definitely recommend staying here!!!

Will be coming back to this space!! So beautiful, every detail and amenity was available and thought through. Felt right at home & was able to bring the pups! We forgot a water bowl & Lindsey had one ready for us when we got there with plenty of paw towels and doggie bags!! Also, expect a pretty steep driveway! We have a 4-WD and AWD vehicle and had little to no problems. Thank you to Lindsey for offering this amazing space !

I already miss The High House! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place was something special. The porch quickly became my favorite spot—I could have spent all day soaking in those breathtaking views. We were lucky enough to visit during firefly season, and watching the fireflies put on their magical show was truly unforgettable. Our evenings around the campfire, making s’mores, were such a treat. My 9-year-old boys loved exploring the property, making new friends with the host’s sweet and welcoming children, and discovering tortoises, baby kittens, and playful sheep along the way. The beds were super comfortable, and the location was perfect for all our adventures—whitewater rafting, zip lining, gem mining, and chasing waterfalls. One of the highlights was ordering baked goods and a dinner from our wonderful host, Sharon. It was hands down the best meal we had during our trip! Our stay was pure magic, and I can’t recommend The High House enough! Thanks for the memories!

Brought my dog here for a solo vacation. It was so peaceful! The sound of the creek in the morning and night is perfect. My dog loved roaming around the fire pit area and in and out of the creek. There is another Airbnb property right next door, so you will be able to see one another. However, I knew this and didn’t mind. Our neighboring travelers were very friendly and even played fetch with my girl. Overall a relaxing, joyful stay!

We loved our stay at Amanda’s place! It was relaxing and peaceful, but still close to things to do! We were able to explore downtown Hendersonville & go to Jump Off Rock all within 15 minutes from the house. Amanda gave plenty of recommendations, like the restaurant Shine that we loved! Amanda was very communicative and even answered questions we had after getting to the house. Even if you wanted to stay at the house, the amenities were plenty! Would definitely love to come here again for another relaxing weekend!

Mountain View was the perfect place to end our days while visiting Brevard. Lynda & Bob were very friendly & responsive to any questions. The beds were very comfortable & the amenities were very nice. The view was great & it was very peaceful during our stay. Thanks Lynda & Bob for a great stay.

This is my second time staying at this fantastic spot, and it was just as great as the first. They are wonderful hosts, the place is a real hidden gem, and the community has so much to offer. It certainly won't be my last time here!

Kathy is an amazing host, and the accommodations are exactly like the photos. We enjoyed our stay so much we requested to extend another night! Very welcoming peaceful surroundings. Gorgeous stone FP and kitchen backsplash. Decorated beautifully. The bed was very comfortable, and the bath towels were excellent. We had everything we needed. Our dog was welcomed with treats and a dog toy. We would recommend this property to anyone wishing to be close to Brevard and the surrounding areas. We will stay again when in the neighborhood. This was the PERFECT place for our stay in Asheville. It’s centrally located which makes it convenient to get around, but the property itself is slightly outside of the city center in a woodsy area which gives you that lovely, peaceful feeling of being in nature. The space itself was perfectly spacious for 2 people. Very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen doesn’t have a stove but with a kettle, microwave, fridge, and toaster oven you can still do some cooking if you wish. The front porch is nice for sitting in the evenings. The hosts were very kind and provided some snacks and drinks for our stay, as well as clear instructions and thoughtful local recommendations. We loved staying here and if we ever find ourselves back in Asheville we would definitely stay here! Such a great value for an excellent place!

This is at least my 3rd time visiting David's place. Amazingly peaceful, comfortable, restful spot. I knew I would get the peace I needed. You would never know they are upstairs, unless you wanted to chat. This is a mountainside gem.

What a great place to stay in Bryson City. MooseLodge was an exceptional place and our family loved staying there for three nights in June. The kids were sad to go! Sean has made sure that the place has so many thoughtful things left in it, and the bathroom is like a spa experience with included sauna. The place is just outside the main town, but only a 2-3 min drive away; lovely and quiet. It's also very close to DeepCreek which is super for hiking and tubing down the river.

Maggie and Mike are wonderful, responsive, and attentive hosts! They made us feel so welcomed and were very helpful with recommendations for hiking and sightseeing in the area. Meeting them was such an added bonus to a great stay. The apartment was just as described and met all of our expectations. The property is gorgeous and so very peaceful and the view is stunning. We are very glad we stayed here and would like to come again.

Beautiful place. Hosts are nearby but you have all the privacy you could want. Beds very comfortable and the hot tub was wonderful after hiking. Location is great for Pisgah forest and Dupont. Close to Bervard and also Hendersonville. We will definitely stay again.

Staying at Lee’s cabin was an absolute dream. Perched atop a mountain with wide open views in every direction, the setting was peaceful and awe-inspiring. The home itself is a gorgeous 70’s modern build, full of character with striking angles, massive windows, and natural light pouring in from every side. It’s the perfect blend of style, comfort, and immersion in nature. Lots of stone, glass, and wood. Lee was a fantastic host—communication was clear, check-in was seamless, and everything about the experience felt easy and welcoming. I found myself wishing I could extend my stay, but I knew snagging more time at a place like this wouldn’t be easy! Truly one of the most memorable stays I’ve had. No complaints at all—just gratitude. I’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Michael's place! It is remote and private but an easy drive to several cute towns including Highlands. We had everything we needed to stay in for dinner with great views. Would recommend!

We love this place! Catherine is a wonderful host. She went above and beyond in hospitality and in communicating with us. When we arrived, we found fresh donuts and popcorn from local businesses awaiting us as well as complimentary beverages in the refrigerator. Lovely smelling bath salts and robes provided, made a delightful hot tub experience. The bed, linen and pillows were dreamy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The cabin is a wonderful escape in an absolutely beautiful setting on the river. It was our first trip with our infant and we felt right at home and preferred to stay in the cabin instead of venturing out most days. We cooked most meals at home and the kitchen had everything we needed. Bettina, the house manager, was very kind and helpful. Peaceful, private, perfect! We hope to return soon!

My husband and I loved our stay. Hung out with our daughter, son in law and grandson on the porch. The bed sleeps very comfortably. Loved that we had rain at night and was lulled to sleep by the rain drops on the tin roof. It’s very peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be back and would recommend to friends and family!

This little mountainside getaway was a dream. The giant windows allowed for the perfect mountain view from every room and the hot tub and sauna made everyday a spa day! It was also beautifully decorated to enhance the cozy atmosphere of being surrounded by greenery. Everything about this cabin was meticulous and thoughtful. The only thing missing was the neighborhood corgi that we didn’t get the pleasure of meeting, but there’s always next time!
