A dream week in the Marche region with the whole tribe: cousins, sisters, parents, dog, and mother-in-law (yes, even her). The villa? A paradise. Top pool, therapeutic hot tub (also for the nerves), BBQ for serial grillers. Stefano and Alessandro: 10 out of 10, always present but never intrusive. Postcard views, comfort everywhere. We relaxed, had fun and... gained weight. We'd go back tomorrow. In fact, we'd move in.

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

The property was well-equipped and very clean. The location on a small hill is a dream, sunset included. Martina is a very thoughtful host!

Fab host and fab place.

Donata is a great person very friendly and speaks english fluently. her place is up at a mountain with lots of green ,trees and mountains. when we got there she had made us homemade bread , cake , cookies, yogurt milk, espresso machine for us ready for the next morning. . The only problem is that you need to drive a car there and not to be afraid to drive in tiny roads .

clean and cozy home just a few kilometers from Urbino. Ideal for a stay with friends because the spaces are really large. The gem is the fireplace that Angelo kindly left on for us on our arrival. Highly recommended!

Perfect apartment, recently renovated and with modern furniture and taste. The kitchen is complete with everything you need, in addition to accessories, oil, salt, and coffee pods. Air conditioners are present both in the living area, which is very spacious and has a very comfortable sofa bed, and in the double bedroom, which is equally spacious. The owners are exquisite people, always available and full of attention to make your stay perfect. A note of merit to Cristina's muffins that she made us find for our breakfast, a delight. The final treat is the garden, well-kept and lush, very airy and cool, which allowed us to relax outside even in the hottest hours of the day.

We had an absolutely exceptional experience staying at Stefano’s place. He was an outstanding host—warm, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable. Stefano had an endless list of recommendations for just about everything you could imagine, with a knack for fantastic restaurants and unique places to eat. We followed nearly all of his suggestions! From the moment we arrived, Stefano kept in touch to make sure we were having the best time possible, and it truly made a difference. What would we do without Maki!! The apartment itself was exactly as described—100% accurate—and even better in person. Both of the main bedrooms lead to a lovely balcony that catch the morning sun. There’s a convenient bike rental shop nearby, and cycling is definitely the way to explore the area. We loved riding along the cycle path that runs up the northern coast—it was one of the highlights of our trip. If you're looking for a truly exceptional host in an amazing appartment - Stefano’s place is the one.

This is a beautiful and peaceful place for a relaxing holiday. Urbino is only half an hour away, and there are a couple of very good restaurants in Fossombrone and a good market there on Mondays. The Gola del Furlo is spectacular; it is tranquil and a lovely place to pass a few hours in the fresh air. The apartment had everything we needed ( except perhaps a toaster would have been useful!) and Adriana and Angelo were always on hand to help with any queries. There are 3 cats and a dog at the property, and they were great company! This part of Italy is very attractive and we would love to return one day.

This place is really special. It was our very first time in Italy and we had the impression that we were really in Italy. Giovanna is one of the friendliest and most uncomplicated hosts we have experienced on our travels so far. The proximity to Urbino, where our daughter is currently studying, was crucial for us, and the good reviews, which were all confirmed. We thank Giovanna from the heart and would be happy to recommend this special accommodation!

Absolute perfection, the house was lovely, well equipped and appointed. Great for me, my wife and 18 month old toddler. Lorenzo and Alba couldn’t have been kinder or more welcoming making sure we had everything we needed and provided so much help and advice to ensure our stay was perfect. The location is a dream and we can’t wait to come back.

If I could, I would give it 6 stars! Giovanna and her husband were very welcoming and super helpful, we felt right at home! The accommodation is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, very clean, equipped with everything you could need. The surrounding area is very quiet surrounded by greenery, with easy access to several trails, perfect for those who love being in the middle of nature. We will definitely be back!

A group of 6 of us stayed at Kevins wonderful place in Rimini for 3 nights and we were not disappointed. From the outside the house looks decievingly small, but you then enter and are greeted by lots of living space, 2 huge bedrooms with ensuites a upstairs, a great loft room with it's own bathroom and a big double bedroom in the outhouse which is through an amazing little private garden that has a cool banana tree in the middle. The location was fantastic, right by the historic town centre and about a 20 minute walk from the beach (or 6 minutes by Bike or Scooter via a lovely path). Kevin was extremely quick to respond to messages and gave us clear instructions before arrival and for checkout. Overall it was a great stay, and everyone very much enjoyed it! ps. you also have a garage for a car. we managed to fit a Nissan Qashqai 4x4, but would be easier with a smaller car.

Modern and clean structure, located a few minutes away by foot from the sea, reachable by a nice cycle - pedestrian track. Great as a base for touring Gabicce and its surroundings. The property is arranged on two levels and offers a nice outdoor patio where you can eat and relax. Fabio and Alessandra were amazing hosts. Their property is one of the best I have stayed at. They were so flexible with everything and catered for all needs. The house is amazing, and was just like the pictures shown but more impressive in real life. The welcome gift and food staples were so generous from them and really was a home away from home. We used the jacuzzi every day of our stay and it was a great way to start the new year. Plus when we accidentally left the keys in the house, they were so helpful to come let us back inside. If you are ever considering staying near Pesaro or Rimini, and have a car, this location is an excellent choice. Thank you again for the stay.

Very nice house in a good location near Senigallia. We felt very comfortable in the quiet surroundings and were able to enjoy the great view of the Marche hills. Ivana is a very accommodating host

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you can wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path takes you to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you travel by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

Very spacious house with many rooms and two bathrooms, plenty of space to park multiple cars. Friendly and helpful host, he provided us with a lot of information about beautiful places to visit nearby.

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

Davide's house is magical, set inside the castle walls of the fabulous Castle Gradara. The house is amazing with everything we needed for our stay as a family of 4 and Monica was very welcoming and helpful. I can't recommend staying here enough. thank you Davide.

Great accommodation in a typical Italian village. Quiet with fantastic views. Pizzeria 50 meters away. Centrally located between mountains and sea.
