What a wonderful stay we had in your beautiful home! There was everything we needed including a fabulous shower with good water pressure and tons of hot water. It was like having a home away from home. We stayed for 5 weeks and explored the entire Basque region by car, from Santander to Burgos to Pamplona to San Sebastian and Bearritz/Bayonne. This home is centrally located and Berango itself offers a nice small town neighborhood feeling. The metro is close by but we found driving into Bilbao more convenient. It's also close to some fine beaches. Garbiña is a terrific host -- very friendly, funny and caring. We hope to return again.

We highly recommend staying with Teresa! The place was the same as in the description – if not even nicer. Everything was sparkling clean, lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you need. I was particularly impressed by the hospitality: Teresa always responded quickly and made the check-in super uncomplicated. We felt welcome and completely comfortable from the first moment. An absolutely stunning property, with everything you could possibly need for a home away from home stay. Fantastic pool and pool house as well. Large kitchen/ dining/ living area meant that even with 8 adults staying it never felt crowded. Fresh baked goods left for our arrival as well as complementary toiletries. Tania and her husband were so helpful even arranging an early check in at the last minute. Genuinely is only 15 minutes drive from Bilbao and the beach, although bus stop is only a short walk away. Couple of restaurants in the local town are a short walk away. Comment from a past visitor about security cameras was over exaggerated, there is one camera pointing at the back of the garden and not into or around the house. Also felt very safe as there is the regional police headquarters behind the property 😂(but doesn’t overlook it at all). We will definitely be returning to this property and to beautiful Bilbao.

Space was spotless, views were incredible, beaches walkable. Gorka was incredibly responsive and Igor made checking in a breeze. We picked up fresh fish and steak from the market in Bilbao and really enjoyed the charcoal grill. We loved watching the tides roll in and out of the estuary from the deck. The view changes by the hour!

Super spot, close to the beach and not far from the center of Sopela! When we were there there was quite a bit of parking, so that was cool. I would recommend.

I'm considering Bilbao. Does this text seem good to you? Spacious, conveniently located, clean, somewhat lacking in living room furniture (only a sofa without armchairs) and lacking kitchen utensils to cook for six people (cutlery and crockery only for six). A coat rack would be nice for coats.

Mikel was very responsive and met us outside to drive with us into the car parking and to show us around the property.The apartment is as listed and is a short bus or subway drive to the center of Bilbao. Would highly recommended this property.

What a wonderful stay we had in this cozy, perfectly equipped Airbnb that felt like home away from home! They truly thought of everything a traveler may need throughout the apartment. The vast lighting, chargers, mobile fans, drying rack, even use of a Barik Travel Card plus QR codes to show how each piece of equipment works! Spacious, quiet and recently remodeled but with an old town vibe in literally the heart of Old Town. Our hosts were gracious and proactive with communication. Would highly recommend staying here and look forward to the next time when visiting Bilbao!

Beautiful flat, spotlessly clean. The lift around the corner quickly takes you down into the heart of the old town and metro. The flat had an great view over roof tops and was quite. I would recommend it and would love to stay again in the future. The host was very responsive and proactively helpful.

Amazing place to stay for a large group. In the heart of the old town and super easy to get around. About a 20 minute taxi from the airport too. Javier was very responsive and explained everything before check in which meant we have 0 issues when we arrived. The apartment is exactly how it looks in the pictures and great space.

Jurdan was very flexible and clear from the beginning, her apartment is very well located, it is on a street with many bars, but the noise did not reach the apartment. Beds are very comfortable, and so are the bathroom.

Great location in the old town, really close to the tram station. Lots of things to do and see close by. Apartment really clean and well equipped.

Had a blinding time for the Europa league final, heard about lots of people's apartments being cancelled and then reposted for much more money. Belen and Jorge were brilliant throughout though, they kept in touch throughout and left lots of recommendations for places to visit. Had a brilliant time.

Ana was incredibly helpful and responsive, the property was immaculately clean with everything we needed. You can either walk or use the nearby train station to go to the old town for some pinxos! Would stay here again, thank you Ana :)

It’s a good sleep there, apartments decorated very new.have all the appliances for cooking.

We were hosted and advised very well by Mercedes. The accommodation is large and comfortable within walking distance of bus and subway lines to go to the city center. We had a very pleasant stay with our children.

Very nice apartment! Very peaceful place. The host responds very quickly and is very friendly. We went to downtown Bilbao by subway. I think it's the best, punctual, you can get to the historic center in 30 minutes. We left the car parked on the street near the apartment. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen with dishes for cooking and more. Highly recommended!!

Nahi is a great hostess! She accomodated my late arrival and was kind to bring some stuff for my cat. The apartment is spacious and neat, contains all necessary things to make you feel like home. The area is quite and cozy with some local shops and bars nearby. Highly recommend if you want to stay outside of busy city centre, and do not mind exploring Bilbao's surroundings.

We stayed at Roberto's place on our trip to Bilbao and we loved it. It is not in the centre of Bilbao but it is right next to the metro and can be in Bilbao city centre/old town very quickly. The flat was tidy and had everything we needed, including a nice outdoor terrace area to relax on nice summer evenings. To address what other reviews have said, it is a bit loud at times but we never had any trouble when it came to bedtime and often found ourselves enjoying the noise of the hustle and bustle of the Basque streets. Parking was a little difficult but we always managed to find a spot. Roberto was very communicative and helped us find the apartment easily. Overall we would recommend this as a place to stay for your trip to Bilbao
