Your cottage is very close to the Metro city bus lines (1-3 blocks depending on what # bus) which provides easy access to hot spots like West Seattle’s own Alki Beach, a sandy Puget Sound beach with a walking/bike path, paddle boarding, canoes, and numerous eateries and coffeehouses, or beautifully wooded Lincoln Park with walking trails and huge native trees. Walk four blocks to light rail, ride 5 min to UofW, just 12 min to Stadiums, 40 minutes to the airport for $3. Free off-street private parking! Uber and Lyft available in minutes day and night. Three of Seattle's best coffee shops, plus over a dozen restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket are just one block away on Broadway. Beautiful Volunteer Park is a lovely walk people and pups. Gorgeous updated 1902 Dutch Colonial with unique loft-style feel. You have entire main floor with outdoor patio. Perfect for a couple, two couples or single relocating (with lots of storage), or friends/family up to five. Both bedrooms have new queen beds with their own full baths (one with a two-person shower, the other a tub), with Starck low-flow toilets. Beds have locally made high-quality down duvets with allergy protectors on mattresses and pillows and quality soft microfiber sheets. Extra-long couch in living room sleeps a fifth guest. One bedroom has a long couch for an extra guest in-room. Pack-n-play crib for infants/toddlers. Amazing modern, wood and stainless sun-drenched kitchen has Jenn-Aire gas stove, farm sink, stainless built-in fridge and huge oak island. My wife is an amazing French trained cook, so the kitchen is well stocked. Living room has 50" 4K TV with all streaming services and a gas fireplace. Forced-air central heat and AC keeps things just the right temp. Washer/dryer in unit. Coded locks make entry a breeze. Wifi is blazing fast. Great relocation option, business or corporate stays, events or sightseeing, visiting relatives, or checking out the music or sports scene. Light rail goes directly downtown (4 min), stadiums (12 minutes) and the University of Washington (3 min). We know you'll love it here. It has a charming private feel yet access to everything. Private front porch or side patio French door entrances via keyless code. (Just a few steps up for those concerned about stairs). Amazing gourmet kitchen, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and Asko washer/dryer. Dining room has a table and chairs that can be moved out of the double doors onto a private patio for al fresco dining on gorgeous days. Each bedroom has a private bath. A guest on the living room couch will need access to a bedroom bathroom. Parking available for a car in our driveway or at a pay lot very close by if you vehicle is too large or you have more than two. If you want privacy to focus on business, you won't even know I am nearby. However I am always up for a chat, glass of wine, tasty beer or Seattle's famous coffee if you like to meet the locals. I would love to tell you about the neighborhood, city and what to see or leave you to relax in this amazing location. The hippest, oldest, diverse walk-able neighborhood. Classic 1900s single family houses close to sparkling new apartments. My house is tucked into a quiet corner of this vibrant neighborhood of shops & restaurants. Walk score rated as a Walkers Paradise & Excellent Transit. Capitol Hill station is four blocks away, ride share arrives in minutes at any hour, great nightlife, the best coffee shops in Seattle and all day and late night food & drink. It is all right outside the front door! Walk! The walk score here is near perfect at 98! Light Rail to Airport, Stadiums, Downtown malls and Public Market (Westlake and Pacific Place), Convention Center, Light Rail to the Airport (40 min), Stadiums (12 min), Downtown shopping (5 min) or University of Washington (3 min). Street Car to Pioneer Square, hospitals, or stadiums. Uber: Car Share everywhere. Car2go, ReachNow, ZipCar, Lyft and Uber always nearby in minutes and $5-10 to downtown. My wife and I have a small non-allergenic terrier rescue that we love, but... guests animals are discouraged because of the central location next to busy roads, hardwood floors and allergies of other guests. If you have one, please ask my permission first. Maddy is quiet, but does go nuts when the postman or UPS guy comes to the door.

Three cruiser bikes are provided and you can walk or ride to any of the westside Bend hotspots easily. The Old Mill, Les Schwab Amphitheater, Downtown Bend, you name it! This home earns an 86 walkscore for good reason! You are so close to all the fun on Galveston Ave...10 Barrel Brewing, The Victorian Cafe, Hutch's Bikes, the Food Cart Lot. And a few blocks in the other direction are all of the Newport Ave cafes, restaurants and groceries. And just a 10 minute stroll across the old pedestrian bridge over Mirror Pond is downtown Bend! This home has a strict no pet policy. Sorry, no pups! We ask that you park in the garage and alley whenever possible. Street parking is also possible and we ask that you park along the street in front of the bungalow and not in front of neighboring homes whenever possible. Explore Capitol Hill from a Roomy Apartment

This en-suite is located on the lower level of a newly renovated Victorian home, with a private side entrance and easy key less system. Natural light brightens this space, which includes full kitchen and laundry. Recently updated colors and new furnishings, including two very comfortable queen beds and a kitchen table with four chairs. The location is outstanding; close to tasty eateries and fun night life but a few streets away from the noise and parking challenges sometimes associated with Capitol Hill. 850sq ft space with radiant heat and full bathroom, which includes a bath tub and shower. Guests have a private side entrance with key less system, private full bathroom, private en-suite kitchen, and private laundry. Great for rental cars: unlike a lot of Seattle and especially Capitol Hill, the street has ample parking that is free and without permit required. Separate thermostat for climate control. I travel quite a deal but also work from home and make time for guests if they would like more interaction. I am relaxed about this but do enjoy meeting new people. There is a key less entry system that makes it easy to coordinate arrival and departure. I love Seattle and am enthusiastic about offering suggestions for local eateries and experiences to enjoy. The house is on a tree-lined street in the prominent Capitol Hill neighborhood. Volunteer and Interlaken parks are merely blocks away. Feeling peckish? There are many options for great food and drink within a 15-minute walk. Bus drivers are friendly and the #10 & #12 buses depart 1 & 3 blocks away, respectively, for prominent points, like Pike/Pine Corridor (6 minute bus ride) or Pike Place Market (20 minute bus ride). Finally, the #43 also leaves nearby and is a ten minute bus to the University of Washington campus. UberX is alive and well on Capitol Hill, with an average fare to Broadway or Pike/Pine about $5 and $10 to downtown. Of course there are regular cabs, bike-share and driving options. If you will have a car the street in front of the house plenty of parking. I'm happy to offer more clarity if you have questions - please ask prior to booking. In addition to the two queen beds, if you may need more room, there are two additional bedrooms in the main/shared part of the house with a separate Air bnb listing. I can usually make most things work - let me know your needs and I will try to accommodate you.

The ever-changing view of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound from our huge living room windows will provide a beautiful backdrop for your Seattle beach vacation. Cozy up in the living room to catch up with the world on our fast wifi network, stream programs on the smart TV or tune into cable, or sip a glass of wine with your traveling companions. The large dining room table provides a place to share gourmet meals whipped up in the spacious, bright kitchen or on the gas grill. This is a two-bedroom house. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and door that opens onto the patio and hot tub area. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and serene reading area. The house's one bathroom has a large claw-foot soaking tub with shower. Conveniences: fast WIFI, smart TV with cable and streaming capabilities, washer & dryer, coffee & tea, all bedding, towels, and robes for the hot tub provided. We live nearby and are always available by text, phone, or e-mail, but otherwise respect the privacy of our guests. It is a short walk to Alki Beach, which is one block away, or the local shops and restaurants. Venture slightly further afield to explore downtown or go even further for some wonderful outdoor adventures. Parking: Admittedly difficult. Our garage was built along with the house in 1910 and is very small. On-street parking is not available on our street. If your car can't squeeze into the garage, it might be necessary to park up to a block away. Alternatives: Uber cars and taxis are readily available all over Seattle. Guests can catch a shuttle bus on Alki Ave that will take them directly to the pier where the water taxi departs for downtown Seattle. The regular Metro bus stop is also just about a block from the house.

Great stay and perfect for 4. The quiet neighborhood was really peaceful. Beautiful townhouse and larger kitchen than expected. It's as pictured (and better!). Taryn was so helpful in advance with answering questions and making great suggestions. We ate at the recommended restaurants multiple times. Cant wait to return.

3 couples, each had a bedroom and bath on different floors. kitchen spacious so we could all cook together. Everyone was happy! When the others left I had the time for a long soak in the tub. it was a relaxing finale to a nice weekend with my adult children and their partners. a bonus was excellent weather, great for a walk after Thanksgiving dinner, and nightly sunset.

I stayed at Mikyla’s house with my husband and 3.5 year old and we all absolutely loved it. The house is spacious with lots of areas to lounge in. It is beautifully decorated and very unique. The living room with the fireplace was a real highlight. The light in the house is very nice at all times of day. My daughter loved the afternoon sun shining in through the back patio onto the disco ball in the living room. The beds are comfortable and the new ac split systems are so quiet and work really well. The neighborhood is peaceful with many great coffee shops nearby. Downtown Ballard is great and just about a 15 -20 min walk from the house. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend Mikyla’s house.

Lee’s place was very easy to get to and close proximity to everything, 15 mins from SeaTac and probably another 15 mins to downtown. You can park right out front of the apartment. Lee provided local recommendation and it was spot on. The apartment have everything that’s needed from shampoo, conditioner to coffee and other stuff. We really enjoy our stay, thanks Lee for making our first time in Seattle a memorable trip! Would definitely recommend Lee’s place to everyone.

Mark’s place was in a fantastic location - close to coffee shops and a variety of restaurants that are in walking distance. The house was spotless and as described. Parking spot available if requested and not being used. Instructions for entry and the stay were clear and reasonable. Home and the surrounding neighborhood had charm. Could not have asked for a better location. Wish most hosts were like Mark. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Catherine was super sweet and welcoming, and the place was very spacious and clean! I booked the AirBNB for my parents visiting from Florida, and they loved being able to walk to Macrina every morning for pastries and coffee. :)
