Looked great on the web - but even so much better! Location is FABULOUS - both easy to drive everywhere as well as walking distance to great restaurants. It is SO private and SO beautiful (she has created such a magical space) plus the layout and quality of the cottage is superb. Throw in the private pool, insane Koi pond, and Rosie the turtle? What else could you ask for? We were there for our daughter's graduation from UofA and wish I had known about it four years earlier. I've loved staying at The Graduate during visits, but Kristi's is WELL WORTH getting the rental car for! Just so nice to have such lovely outdoor space not available at a hotel. Thx so much for an outstanding stay!

Had a wonderful stay here as a local Tucsonan between moves. I loved the proximity to all of the bike paths and boulevards. Overall a great location, beautiful property, and lovely/comfortable interior during a hot summer in southern Arizona. Thank you Britt for your accommodations!

Laura's place was perfect for us. We came to Tucson for the mountain biking and loved that this listing was directly outside of the Sweetwater Preserve. The house was spotless, private, and quiet. We enjoyed saying hello to the horses whenever we passed by. Our favorite nearby restaurant (food truck) was Taco Rico - we stopped almost once a day! We also loved sitting on the deck and watching all of the birds. We can't wait to come back soon!

One of the best stays I’ve ever had! Beautiful place/location, very relaxing and clean! Hosts are extremely kind and helpful! The price was very reasonable for what you get, lots of local recommendations from the hosts, and even in the guest house there was plenty of privacy! Couldn’t ask for a better stay!

I was in town to visit my elderly mother and this location put me a five minute drive to see mom. It was great to be met by Michael and Margaret, who were both friendly and attentive. The location was excellent, close to groceries and in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. The furniture was very comfortable and cozy. This will be my go to place from here on out.

The guesthouse is comfortable and stylish with everything you need thoughtfully provided, with an eye to sustainability. Jeannette is available for any questions and it is a beautiful and welcoming environment.

I had a great stay, it at least matched if not surpassed expectations from the photos. It felt very peaceful and my host was responsive and kind. Definitely glad I chose this place.

The place was very clean and Samantha was responsive and helpful. The bed was comfortable the air conditioning worked very well. I appreciated the covered parking given Tucson's summer heat. I had my dog with me and appreciated the well fenced rear yard. Next time I need a place in central Tucson this will be at the top of my list.

Nathan's place is a beautiful, spacious well designed space. The house is full of light, the kitchen was well equipped and the pool was a delightful bonus. It really earned all the checks! We loved how peaceful and private it felt. We will definitely be returning guests.

Our second stay at Michael's was just as great as the first! This place is comfy and cozy both in the living space as well as the bedroom. Has everything you could need for a short stay. Michael is one of the best hosts, he is responsive and accommodating. we will stay again.

This was a great place! The host was super easy to communicate with and made the whole experience easy to navigate. When we got there, the place was nicely clean and felt comfortable. The host reached out periodically to check in on us and make sure everything was going well. We loved the place overall. It was easy enough to get to but also really private because it was tucked away so it was a pleasant stay. Definitely would recommend a stay!

Great place to stay. We wanted to use public transportation to see downtown Tucson, and the Sun Tran stop was about 3 blocks away, and with one more connection we were downtown. The AC and WIFI worked well. Off street parking was good. Well stocked apartment.

I loved staying here! Such a lovely and unique space. The pool was beautiful and it was really nice to eat outside on the little patio. Everything was comfortable, clean, and well taken care of. You can tell Rhea put a lot of thought and love in the space. Highly recommend and hope to go back!

I was a last-minute booking and Istvan was responsive and provided easy instructions. The location was spotless and comfortable. The neighborhood is safe, close to the university and well suited for an early morning walk. Would definitely stay here again while visiting my kids at the U of A.

The room was very good, very clean and easy to access. I recommend if you are for just a couple of days. There is no WiFi but has Ethernet connection.

I would highly recommend The Sonoran Oasis! While I originally went to Tucson to visit my BFF there, I wound up sick and didn't get to visit her! lol The beautiful Oasis was so artfully decorated, it felt like home! They had EVERYTHING...Ground coffee, coffee, beans, instant coffee, sugar(s), various teas, water and fresh eggs in fridge! But no beer! lol Their references for restaurants was helpful. Luckily my brother came along so I wasn't alone. Our family used to live in Tucson, in the 80's, so he came along to check out the old haunts! We were surprised to see Roku, Netflix and Prime options. We wound up leaving for groceries and grab a quick bite here and there, and watching George Washington series!! The water fountain and misters by our seating along with shading and lighting made it so interesting. Everytime we went outside, we always seemed to notice something new! I believe the 3-night vacation there helped nurse me back to health! Thank you, Russell and Karla!
