House vacation rentals in Casalvieri

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

Our stay at Livingapple was wonderful and comfortable! The house was equipped with everything we needed, even the smallest details! We had the most beautiful and peaceful days. Abbiamo passato un weekend in totale serenità! Villa Fiore si è rivelato un posto dove è possibile allontanarsi dai ritmi frenetici della vita quotidiana e godersi attimi di paradiso preziosissimi. Complimenti anche all’host il quale nonostante qualche piccola problematica riscontrata, ha saputo subito rimediare donandoci la possibilità di continuare a godere della magia di questo fantastico posto.

Wir verbrachten erholsame zwei Wochen bei Salvatore. Das Haus und die Einrichtung waren,wie im Inserat, beschrieben. Man braucht ein Auto, um zu einem Restaurant zu gelangen und einige Unternehmungen zu machen. Im nächsten Ort ist aber auch eine gute Bahnverbindung, um nach Rom oder Neapel zu fahren. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sehr ländlich gelegen. Die frischen Früchte aus dem Garten, durften wir ernten. Der Pool ist war toll. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Haus weiter empfehlen.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

We hebben een heerlijke midweek gehad in deze prachtige vakantiewoning in Formia. Het huis is mooi en ligt in een schitterende tuin vol olijf- en citrusbomen, waar op een natuurlijke manier gebruik is gemaakt van materialen zoals rotsen – echt een sfeervolle plek om te verblijven. Het contact met de verhuurder Diego verliep heel soepel; hij reageerde steeds snel op onze vragen. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door zijn ouders, wat ons meteen welkom liet voelen. Hoewel het zwembad nog niet gevuld was (zoals vooraf aangegeven), was het met het mooie weer wel even jammer dat we er geen gebruik van konden maken – dat had het verblijf helemaal perfect gemaakt. De omgeving biedt veel mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes en activiteiten. Kortom: een heerlijke plek voor wie houdt van natuur, rust en Italiaanse charme!

Quando si dice la vacanza perfetta.. Ecco qui lo è stata!!! Casa molto bella ordinata pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Ma la ciliegina sulla torta sono stati i padroni di casa, Carlos la moglie Silvana e il figlio Alessandro. Persone stupende, disponibili sempre. Mettono gli ospiti a loro agio come fossero a casa. Non solo la consiglio ma noi di sicuro ci ritorneremo.

Maria pia ci ha accolti con molta disponibilità cortesia, gentile e socievole. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, 3 stanze da letto, due bagni, soggiorno, cucina ampia, bel giardino a disposizione, la casa è posizionata all inizio di Terracina a 5 minuti in macchina dalle spiagge, al di fuori delle zone Trafficate. Consigliato per chi vuole soggiornare in un posto tranquillo lontano dal traffico ma vicino alle zone balneari

La casa è una vera chicca: esattamente come mostrata nelle foto. Pulitissima, curata in ogni dettaglio e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ma soprattutto, regna il silenzio: una pace totale. Giovanni, il proprietario, è fantastico: sempre attento alle nostre esigenze, disponibile e una persona davvero piacevole con cui conversare. Se alla casa diamo 5 stelle, il giardino merita decisamente un 10 stelle…semplicemente stupendo. Un luogo ideale per chi cerca relax e vuole godersi la tranquillità della casa e del suo splendido giardino. Consigliatissimo!

Via een heel steil, smal weggetje bereikte we het huis. Wat een geweldige plek! Mooi appartement met alles erop en eraan. Prachtige tuin. Oké, de douche is krap, maar dat gaat prima. En Vincenzo doet alles om ons verblijf aangenaam te maken. Binnen 10 minuten zitten we in Gaeta. En het minder toeristische Formia heeft ook een verrassend mooi oud centrumpje. We hebben 3 heerlijke dagen gehad.

Our stay was lovely! How often do you stay in a medieval fortification/castle on top of a mountain? Cozy rooms, everything you need with breathtaking views! Our hosts were very attentive to our needs and helpful with getting us oriented and settled in. My wife and I highly recommend this property.

Chi vuole provare un assaggio di paradiso? Allora venite a Gaeta da Paola e Salvatore! Lo studio è immerso in un paesaggio incantevole e la terrazza con vista sulle colline e sul mare è semplicemente un sogno! Salvatore e Paola sono degli host fantastici e molto attenti. Ci hanno consigliato le spiagge più belle nelle vicinanze, ci hanno suggerito ristoranti fantastici e ci hanno persino comprato dell'acqua Evian prima del nostro arrivo. E potrei continuare all'infinito... Un paradiso non ha bisogno di raccomandazioni, bisogna viverlo. A presto e grazie di cuore per tutto, cari Paola e Salvatore.

Ho soggiornato nella casa di Sonny con degli amici. È stata una vacanza bellissima, bella casa, bello lo spazio all’esterno. Pulizia della casa impeccabile. Lo consiglierò sicuramente.

Dopo un primo di adattamento (non ci aspettavamo una disposizione della struttura su tre livelli), ci siamo trovati molto bene e a nostro agio. Chiaramente la struttura non è adatta a chi ha disabilità motorie o difficoltà di deambulazione, ma il cenare la sera sul terrazzino è davvero un'esperienza molto gratificante. La posizione è nel cuore della Gaeta portuale ed è, quindi, molto caratteristica.

Ein Ort mit freundlichen und liebevollen Menschen, tolles Haus inmitten der Berge und wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir benötigen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war perfekt und wir können die Wohnung, den Ort in den Bergen und den Gastgeber sehr empfehlen.

Wir mussten diese Unterkunft super spontan für 3 Tage buchen, weil die Gegend unserer ursprünglichen Unterkunft zu unsicher war. Sicherheit war also unser wichtigstes Kriterium und die Wohnung von Alessia befindet sich in einer sicheren Gegend. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Tatsache, dass das AirBnB geräumig ist. Die Terrasse ist sehr angenehm und fühlt sich privat an, selbst mit dem Blick auf den anderen Balkonen der umliegenden Wohngebäuden. Die zwei Badezimmer sind sehr praktisch. Eins hat sogar eine Badewanne, was mit Baby nach dem Strand zum Abduschen echt goldwert war. Der Strand ist ungefähr 5 bis 10 Minuten entfernt zu Fuß. Es ist Klimaanlage für diejenigen, die sowas nutzen. Wir schlafen lieber mit offenen Fenstern und Ohrenstöpsel (die ferne Straße ist schon ein bisschen laut). Immer wieder gerne :)

Giuseppe e la sua famiglia ci hanno offerto un'accoglienza calorosa, facendoci sentire a casa sin dal primo momento. Bellissima la casa e lo spazio all'aperto, attrezzato con tanti giochi per la nostra piccola. Massima attenzione anche per il nostro cagnolino. Arredo di gusto, pulizia maniacale e tanti extra aggiuntivi graditissimi (acqua, succhi e vino in frigo, cialde del caffè, dolci per la prima colazione). Soggiorno da 10 e lode.

Carlo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen mit einer fantastischen Terrasse. Ausgestattet mit mehreren Sonnenschirmen, Liegen, Esstisch und einem Relaxsofa kann man den ganzen Tag den wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer und die rundum entspannte Atmosphäre genießen. Im sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für erholsame Urlaubstage braucht. Die Zufahrt ist genau so, wie Carlo es beschreibt: Je kleiner das Auto, desto entspannter das Ankommen :)

È stata la seconda volta che ritornavamo nella casa, ci siamo trovati molto bene sia a livello di comunicazione con Germano e Salvatore sia nella struttura magnifica.. Consiglio a chiunque di provare quest’esperienza.. La casa era perfetta..

Once we found the Villa we were delighted with everything and the most amazing views from the house breathtaking. We had no need to communicate with Simona on arrival as her Aunt Maria welcomed us and was a lovely host for our stay. We were 10 people on a family reunion so the house worked perfectly for all of us. We each said we would definitely use this villa again. Thank you Maria for you kindness

Tommaso was a very helpful, gracious and friendly host. The apartment is lovely and well equipped. The view, especially sitting out on the terrace day or night is spectacular. Roccasecca is a wonderful, well looked after town worth visiting just for the views down the hills and up to the ancient castle and medieval village (birthplace of St. Thomas Aquinas). A short walk for a morning coffee in the main piazza and great takeaway pizza. I wish we had been able to stay longer. Highly recommended.

L’host è molto cordiale, ci ha messo a disposizione latte, biscotti e merendine per la colazione. Inoltre, la casa è dotata di tutti gli ingredienti necessari per cucinare. La casa è nuova e la pulizia impeccabile. Molto bello l’ampio giardino Grazie mille alla prossima !

Our stay in Castrovalva was an extraordinary experience. The place is beautifully situated on a hill, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The hosts were very kind, open, and helpful. Thank you for the delicious quince marmalade prepared by Mirella. I hope we’ll be back here someday :)
