La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. Ground-floor apartment in a semi-detached house with separate entrance, consisting of: living room, kitchen, bedroom with 135x185cm bed, very small bathroom with shower (see photos!). Hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, washing machine, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, TV, Wi-Fi. Very convenient commute to beaches and the north of island. 3.5 km from the coast, quiet outlying area in Vecindario. Free street parking. Cover: Amadores Beach, 30 km south. I recommend renting a car.

Cute flat 15mins from tourist area 1st floor

Stunning recently updated flat just 15 minutes from the main beaches and tourism (you will save lot of money sleeping out of there). The flat has been renovated a short time ago, has free wifi and parking at the street is easy and free. Also, the flat is well communicated to the highway and is in a main road so will be really easy for you to move to other areas: Maspalomas: 18mins Airport: 10mins Las Palmas: 30 mins.
