An amazing Airbnb, great location and wonderful hosts. We loved staying at this Airbnb. Lots of room for us to relax, catch up on work, but also have our own place for peace and quiet at the end of a long day. Close to a nice lake to jog around, plus Harris Teeters and some nice restaurants within a very short drive. To cap it all off Chloe and Jeff were great hosts and were very accommodating with our requests. Thanks and we hope to visit again in the future.

This was a great place! I had a few issues with the lock but Bryan and Adrienne were ALWAYS super responsive. Their family is so kind and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is friendly, I was able to walk/jog around the neighborhood. The accommodations were as described and even a little more! Internet was great for work and their location is great and close to so much. The only thing I would recommend is pack light or bring bags that you can carry because the walk to the private entrance is difficult with a rolling bag. Wonderful place and would go back again!!

This cute little cottage was perfect for my needs. My plans changed a bit last minute due to weather so I ended up having a bit of a staycation & I mostly stayed in & cooked a nice meal. The house was comfortable, felt like home, & was exactly what I was looking for. The area was quiet & I felt safe, even at night & with crappy weather.

Ian’s place was great . Very nice and clean. Beautiful neighborhood. Worth noting that the driveway is very steep so if your vehicle is low clearance like ours, you will have to park on the street. Not a big deal unless you are toting a lot of luggage or groceries.

This was a beautiful home, and is absolutely perfect for someone solo or for a couple. It has a drive way, nice porch, everything inside is modern, 2 bathrooms (rare for a 1 bedroom place), 2 TVs, and most importantly 2 ceiling fans. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay again.

Carey’s place was quiet and peaceful, not to mention very clean and well maintained/stocked.

Garrick was very polite. He responded very fast and the stay was nice, spotless, and very great. I give a 10 and will be a place to stay the next go round

For my first time being in North Carolina, it truly helped elevate the experience with such a beautiful location filled with trees surrounding and nature. Mohmeet was always responsive and attentive to anything I needed and worked their best to provide the very best. Price was also amazing, thank you for making my first time in North Carolina much more memorable for me and my partner! ❤️

Erin's place was spacious, well decorated, and comfortable. The place included extra amenities with white noise machine in bedrooms, games for the kid, and extra towels and linens. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all items needed for short stay and for cooking. Erin was very friendly, responsive, and proactive in instructions. Overall, the place feels peaceful and secluded.

I loved everything about Jeanette's tiny house AirBnB. I felt inspired to have stayed there for three nights. I got a lot of work accomplished for my clients while staying there. As well as now feeling rested and ready for the next leg of my journey. Even the exterior and interiordesign of this tiny house inspired me. I hope one day I'll be able to design and build something that evokes the same feeling of spaciousness in such a small space—perhaps as a studio for my creative projects that might also double as a place where my visitors might stay. Highly recommended!

Eight of us rented this house for a book club 20th anniversary celebration. It is an older building, but has been beautifully renovated and modernized. The kitchen was well-equipped, including basic supplies and the entire place was immaculate. I believe this is the first Airbnb I have rented that had enough towels for everyone. It also had a lovely back porch for morning coffee and adequate parking. The owners answered any questions almost immediately in addition to providing detailed information about the house and Durham on their Airbnb page. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Durham.

Great stay with a rustic experience. Loved hearing the rooster when i arrived and the frogs at night. The Magnolia tree smells amazing. Definitely off thr beaten path and a great get away for fast paced city folks. The studio had some many detailed touches and was very nice!

This was not my first stay at the Scout House, and it will not be my last. Everything about it is perfection - from the location, to the property, to the sensational hosts (Marie & BJ). My stay was delightful in every way and I cannot wait to return!

Peaceful, private and clean. Met expectations and then some. We really enjoyed ourselves, as did our dog, and appreciate hosts allowing our furry best friend to be with us. Beautiful field and natural surroundings. A lovely escape. Road noise is detectable as per the information, but did not detract from our experience. The sound of songbirds in the morning was heavenly. Saw a Carolina Wren sitting on five eggs in its nest. Excellent communication via messages and written and app instructions. Love the outdoor lights. Very impressed the owners are aware of nature’s need of darkness, so turned off outdoor lights when not in use (outdoor lights confuse migratory birds, for example) and felt safe. Hoping to return soon!

If I could give this property and management 10 stars I would! The house Is quaint and surrounded by trees. It has two large screened porches with plenty of seating. It is the epitome of peacefulness. You feel like you are alone in the woods but you are only 5 or 10 minutes from everything!! The owners were so very responsive and helpful. They are really kind people. We stayed two weeks and wish we could have stayed longer.

Peter & Jenny were gracious and generous hosts. The surroundings were lovely and serene. Walks in the woods surrounded by God’s beautiful creation were a special treat. We would love to have an opportunity to return!

10/10 would absolutely recommend! Super cozy for a girl's weekend. The grounds are gorgeous, peaceful and private. We loved hanging down by the pond and walking through the woods. Inside is comfy and cozy. I had trouble opening the door when I first got there and Daniel was super responsive, calling within seconds to help me. Of course I was able to get it open right as he answered. The place is perfect and my 5 star review is accurate, we would absolutely stay again - but just a heads up the owners are offering a free return night in exchange for a 5 star review, which may bias some reviews.

Beautiful home, peaceful, exactly what we were looking for, for our family. Our boys enjoyed the fishing, using the kayaks, and fire pit. The chickens were very entertaining! The house was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely plan another trip! Many thanks to the host!

This was a really really cute stay. My family and I enjoyed our stay and was surprised how efficient the whole space was regardless off the small home. Very clean, had multiple kitchen utensils, washroom is clean, the sleeping area was quite fun. Lot of options there too. Overall 10/10!! Liz and her co-host were very helpful and responsive.

We spent 2 nights celebrating my wife’s birthday, it was as described. Mrs. Betty was a Gracious host. Cabin was all decorated everything needed for A short trip. The farm was peaceful and picturesque. Mr Jerry was friendly and helpful and made sure everyone had fun. My 6 and 9 year old kids easily caught there first fish by themself, the teenagers in the group caught a Whopper Largemouth Bass and plenty of smaller 1 and 2 lb fish also. We will come again
