Cottage is totally unique being on a point with water on two sides. Architecture is modern and very comfortable. Two larger bedrooms are the same size so great to share with another couple. Views include Goffat Island and McCrae Provincial Park so lots of greenery. With the pick of two sides to paddle you can stay out of the wind. I have been coming to Lake Simcoe for over 50 years and I have never heard so many loon cries! And trumpeter swans for visuals. Firepit has great views! We had a great time.

We had an amazing stay, the place was clean and comfortable. I had requested a pack n play for my 5 month old to sleep in and Kat had purchased one for our stay, which I really appreciated and it made our stay much more comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the backyard was beautiful, and Kat replied very quickly to any questions we had. I visit the area yearly and will most definitely be back!

Perfect stay!!!! This cottage is lovely! Excellent location & beautiful sunsets. Had an amazing month with the family (6 people). The property sits on the water and has beautiful views. Spacious and SUPER clean … following Covid care guidelines which was important to us. Place is way better in real life than compared to photos. They have a large deck with a bbq & lots of outdoor seating. Bedrooms were good size & mattresses were very comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked with glassware, dinnerware and cooking utensils and with a dishwasher. There is also a washer & dryer available. Above all, Mohsen and Nancy are gracious hosts – super helpful ensuring you enjoy your stay here whether its local restaurants, indoor & outdoor activities and things to do. There are 2 kayaks & bikes available & the kids loved hiking the local trail. Short drive to all amenities- Costco, Walmart, Foodland, Metro, fast food, boat launch & Orillia- waterfront. We look forward to visiting again, soon!
