being from the outer Banks area and coming back to visit we couldn't have found a better place,it offered things I didn't know were available there...the host were great and responsive and understanding and the house was everything that was described, the feeling of home is the only way to describe the stay, the overwhelming feeling of peace is an understatement,definitely going back in the near future,highly recommend Brittany and Kelly to anyone who sees this add 🙏🙏

Wonderful girls weekend at the beach. 3 of the 4 bedrooms had ocean views. Spent most of our time lounging in the chairs on the decks!

Absolutely perfect place to stay. Very quiet and close to beach and everything else. The door lock battery was low and I notified them and they were there the next morning to change batteries. Very responsive. Place was very clean. Would definitely stay there again!

We loved everything about this house! Perfect location, great and VERY responsive host, clean! We had an issue where we couldn’t find something (our fault) and they brought us a replacement. The views are amazing! Everything was in the house from linens, to bikes, the deck was great! I can’t say anything bad at all! We will definitely visit again!

I was in town in business and my wife and daughters joined me to galavant on the beach for the week. my work was in Beaufort, just a short 15 minute drive "inland". The beach was beautiful, the small pool was great for the kids when they got tired of of the sand and salt. The space was cozy and perfect for us for the week. Overall would do again.

The house is great! The yard is perfectly for hanging out in and the little beach that is present when the tide is low is awesome! We went swimming and looked for seashells—just bring water shoes. There are a couple nearby restaurants and stores for groceries. Atlantic Beach and Morehead City are a 30 minute drive too.

This was the first vacation we were able to take as a whole family including pets!!, it was a very short walk to the beach which was a plus for the kids. Also the game room was a hit with the whole family. We will definitely book again if available!!😊

The condo was really nice. The distance from the beach to the condo was less than 200 feet. Upon arriving the first thing I noticed was how clean and nicely decorated it was. Place was well stocked with essentials. There's a closet in the hall thats stocked with soap, bandaids, first aid, paper towels and everything needed. Appliances were new, clean and functional. TVs worked and the sound bar was a nice surprise as I would rather listen to music than watch TV. I can honestly say I cant think of one negative thing. Thank you for having us. We really had a great relaxing time, and thanks for the restaurant recommendations. We hit Gaffers twice but mostly sat on the deck and ate. That view is fantastic.

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was perfect for my husband and I. There were so many thoughtful touches that we appreciated like the welcome gift, extra plush towels, fan, and super comfortable bed! The room was exceptionally clean as well which is always important. The room had everything we could have needed! We can’t wait to come again and stay here. We had a wonderful stay here! The condo was very clean and spacious. We had a newborn with us and were able to easily fit her pack and play in the bed room. It is a short walk to the beach and a nice peaceful area. We will definitely book here again! Thanks for a great weekend!

Our family had a wonderful time. The space was extremely clean and fit the description in the listing and photos. The space is located in a quiet, gated community with lots of wonderful amenities and just a short walk to the beach via private access. Cathy was a wonderful host and was flexible with us during our stay. We’d love to come back for another visit soon!

Great location. One of the quietest and prettiest beaches on the island. Amazing view from the deck. Would definitely stay there again over other rentals in the area.

Love, love, love! Everything as described, extremely clean and super easy access to the beach. Extra amenities all very thoughtful and so appreciated! All ramps to access beach which was perfect for my jogging stroller with my littlest! Highly recommend!!

I had a really lovely time! I wasn’t in the condo very much; spent time on the beach/ at the pool/ exploring Morehead City and historic Beaufort, which were super close drives. It was only a few minutes to walk to the beach, and having the pool right there was also super nice and relaxing. I utilized the beach cart to bring things with me which was super helpful. Having body wash/other amenities like extra toothbrushes and toothpaste was also very thoughtful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay-it was quiet and relaxing.

We stayed for 4 nights on a family vacation (2 adults, 3 children ages 10 and under). The condo was easy to find and get into; Gregory is a responsive host and the condo was spacious for us/the kids and the whole place was very clean. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and quiet/safe. Neighbors within the complex are friendly and welcoming. We had a great stay here and the kids are already asking to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay, great location, beautiful home, everything and more that we needed for a week in the beach. Perfect for our family getaway. There was a minor hiccup with the cleaning service when we arrived but Michael went above and beyond to get the situation rectified right away! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We had a great stay at Harkers Hideaway. The home has beautiful views and is located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the beach in front of the home as well as boating and fishing as the weather would allow. Unfortunately it was quite windy during our stay.

The Airbnb was extremely clean and ready for our stay. Mikey was very helpful during our entire stay with his quick responses. Thank you again for letting us stay in your boat!

Fantastic spot right by the beach with access to two pools. Loved that there were games, towels, kitchenware and toys for kids.

This is like a beautiful farmhouse. The views are amazing. We have seen geese, a raccoon, an opossum, herons, egrets, and lots of different types of birds, including the elusive Painted Bunting. My favorite though is the Osprey. We have literally seen it several times dive down, and come up with a fish in his talons. You won’t find a better place to relax. We had a couple hiccups, but Evan was quick to respond, and dealt with it very professionally. If I had to change anything it would be the downstairs bedroom doesn’t have an overhead light, just a table lamp. That really wasn’t a big deal, but I found myself reaching for a switch, as I walked in just out of habit. There is an Italian restaurant beside the house, that smells wonderful. We plan on visiting, before we leave the area.

Our stay at Joe and Meg’s place was amazing! Super short walk to the beach, easy to find and get into, and beautifully decorated! The roof access was the coolest part and I loved the screened porch. Perfect beach getaway, couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Great house for a family trip! Beautiful views, clean, enough kitchen equipment, easy access to beach, quiet cul-da-sac. Bunkroom is mesmerizing for adults and kids of all ages, thick sturdy mattresses. Host is easy to communicate with if needed. Extras listed were so helpful to cut down on packing: beach chairs, tent, towels and toys then inside toys and many baby/toddler items the host will send details on, as well as starter amenities provided, which was good amt and easy to plan for what else needed. Comfortable beds, and there are several extra pillows we would have used but need extra linens, would suggest to inquire about size if need to bring own. A duplex but we had no issues with neighbors, and I would expect anything would have been handled quickly if necessary. If you haven't been before, Swansboro all the way up the island over to Beaufort has so much to offer!
