Nice 20 m2 arched studio, with small sunny terrace. At the foot of the castle tower and next to the garden with panoramic views of the Mercantour. Sea view of the village terraces. Walking access, cobblestone streets and stairs, large parking. 3 restaurants; gastro, creperie, pizzeria, and just at the entrance of the village a supermarket and tourist office. Classified 12th century village, perched on its rocky peak overlooks the Var. 10 km as the crow flies between sea and mountain). Beautiful discovery to you !
